LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services

Made an appointment online and arrived 15 minutes before. Wasn't seen until 20 minutes past my appointment time. Over crowding was a bit much. 2 people out of 17 were not wearing masks. Sign said 12 people max. Nobody was monitoring the waiting area. Only 4 chairs were provided to sit. Very poorly run. Signs everywhere as to the rules whick were not being followed. Several seniors made to stand and wait. Will not be returning to this location.

My dad had a blood work form from the doctor in the same building. We took a chance that the lab downstairs could squeeze him in. When we asked if this was possible the young man working with blind hair and earrings started to school us saying that they require appointments but since they weren't busy they could do it. He took a look at my dad's form and his health card and noticed the names were different as my dad is an immigrant. After some back and forth and my dad trying to explain he's never had an issue before, the young man tossed my dad's health card on the counter and in a raised tone said I've told you what we need" and so we left.There is no reason for this person to toss anyone's card on the counter as though it is garbage. My dad is older

NO SIGNS!!!!$4 parking but no service if you don’t have appointment. I am new to this city and they expect us to know “you will only get served only if you have appointment” No signs anywhere mentioning about “appointment only building” before you pay $4 for parking. This is my second experience with the same building. Unbelievable!!

This place has gone back to their I don't care attitude. You book an appointment and they take walkins ahead of you. Not to mention they add specimen tests that have not been authorized by you or your doctor.

Called Lifelabs this morning at 8:30 am, explained to them that my Dad needed an ecg, ordered by his GP, req was being forwarded to me today. I asked can I take him to the LifeLab at AMC and get this done without an appointment". I was told "yes". So took my Dad (86) to the clinic

Staff at check in desk are very rude and unhelpful. Facility is a mess and disorganized.Whose idea was it for the hundreds of signs all over the place. This mass signage leads to confusion and disorganization. Too bad we live in a place where this is our only option. Pathetic. Staff and management should be fired.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the wonderful nurse I just had here, Lynn! Getting bloodwork done tends to be a stressful, anxiety inducing situation for me as I have a history of fainting. Lynn took the time to show me empathy, walked me through everything, encouraged me to take my time standing up and ensured I was okay while walking towards the exit. I can’t thank her enough for making a not so fun experience as comfortable as possible!As for the office and front desk staff, they were extremely friendly, accommodating and had me in and out for my appointment promptly.I’ve seen the negative reviews on here which completely took me by surprise. I know we’ve all had a stressful two years and I understand that the majority of us dread getting any kind of lab test done, but please remember it costs nothing to be kind to these healthcare workers, who too, have been through the wringer. So whether they’re running behind schedule or they ask you to wear a mask, find your patience and kindness, and try to understand that they’re simply following protocols that are most likely out of their control.

Great place, book an appointment or pick times appropriately!!!, They get busy at certain times and walk-ins take time.They are always amazing though

Idk why they even have an appointment system, you get checked in and still have to wait a good 15-20mins

Nurses are excellent, fast efficient and polite. An appointment is my preferred way, easy online
