I bought my Gemini 60 volt a couple of weeks ago. This is my first time buying this. So, I asked the lady(I forget to ask her name. But, I guest there's only one there). And she patiently explained to me everything about the features and how e scooter works. And as well as the warranty included. I'll recommend this Electric Avenue store to everyone. In fact, one of my co workers will go here. To look one for his wife. Their warranty is the best. They stand in all the product they sell. And also my especial thanks to thier mechanic. For properly tuning my new e scooter. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience you gave to me buying my Gemini 60 volt. I really like it...! Now, I save a lot of gas going to my work(about 20 km each way) and doing some of my every day errands at home.

The whole team was amazing at doing this job quickly and affordably. Along with being able to come on their off hours to pick up my bike, their accommodations were perfect. Amazing all-round store, definitely a lifetime customer from this point on!

Awesome! Awesome! Sent an email to book an appointment. Fantastic response time and they followed up with a phone confirmation. Their store is clean and full of inventory. It’s a family run business so their daughter came in with her and was busy quietly disassembling but/bolt/washers.I told her I was a first time rider and was heading to the competition to check theirs out before I made a decision. I asked if she were able to compare the brands. Never once did she bad-talk the competition and even pulled up what she could find on their warranties to allow me to compare for myself and she responded to my comparison questions very knowledgeably.We went to the competition and although their website said they were open, there was a sign on the door dating to call/email for an appointment. I called but the owner was not able to come so being from out of town, we want back to EA. I called to let them know we were on our way back to test ride and when we got there they had the bike waiting for me.It was charged and ready to go and we drove it to our friends house right then.Highly recommend them!

Brought my bike in for service, first time dealing with this company and the lady who helped me was so nice and was able to answer all of my questions, the tech is very knowledgeable and had my bike ready to go in no time!Friendly and fair pricing!10/10 Reccomend!
