EZ Airport Parking

The lot is a tight mess to park in and the shuttle is so slow. Add at least an hour to travel time on either end. Any repeat complaints to them will just be met with repeated promises that the shuttle will be there any minute. The service is not unkind but rather disaffected and weary. Tip: when you call for a pickup, press #1 for pickup instructions and wait for that to repeat a couple of times to talk to someone. If you press #3 to ask for the pickup it’ll just put you in a hold music.

This review is for Economy Car Rental. Please, please do yourself a favor and turn back. You’ll either miss your flight waiting for the shuttle or miss other events you’ve planned for the day. After waiting close to 2hrs in the line to get our rental, we were told they didn’t have the type of car we reserved. But fortunately they found the replacement. And then it took another 30mins for the car to arrive. Due to this delay, we had to cancel some of the activities we had to do that evening. This place is poorly run, mismanaged and a disaster. Stay away even if their prices seem enticing.

You can rent the budget rental car for affordable price, but they will try to collect more money from you through extra insurance and other hidden costs. Overall it’s still cheaper than the mainstream rental companies but the overall experience is very average. By the way, you need to take shuttle/train to get to this location from airport and getting here could be quite confusing especially during late hours.

This review is for Economy rent a car. The other negative reviews are accurate. The shuttle took one hour to pick us up from the airport despite them telling us 3 times 10-15 minutes. The driver was purposely making us wait. The service is awful and there are hidden fees that were marked in tiny font at the very bottom of the terms and conditions. They do not have enough cars for everyone renting so you have to wait even longer for them to get a car to you. They are unprofessional and dishonest. Do not recommend.

When we returned from our trip we called the shuttle, and were told it was on its way. After 30 minutes waiting we called again and she told us wait there and she would call, then hung up on us. Finally the shuttle showed up almost 40 minutes later. At this point while we were trying to politely let a couple people who were apparently arriving at the airport out of the shuttle and get their bags, a couple who had just arrived at the spot where we had been waiting jumped in front of us, put in their bags and then got in, and then the van was full except one spot. We told the driver we had been waiting 35 minutes already and this couple had jumped in front of us. He would not do anything about it. He said if one of us wanted to ride in the van and get the car then they could come pick up the other one, which was ridiculous as part of the reason for park and ride is to not deal with airport traffic. So after my husband objected to that, he just left. We called again to explain what happened, and to ask how long for another shuttle. The lady on the phone then accused us of “missing the shuttle” even though we explained what had happened, and said she would call again, and my husband asked if she would call again to update us, and she hung up on us again. My husband called several times after this to check the status, and at this point no one answered the phone anymore. After being there about 55 minutes total a shuttle finally picked us up. No one apologized or even admitted any problem had occurred.Clearly we will never use this place again. I should have checked the ratings. We saw probably 10 or more park n fly mini buses come during this time so we’ll probably use them. I rarely write reviews of places but this was so ridiculous that I felt compelled to do so.

If I could give zero stars I would. The office was rundown and dirty. The person behind the desk was downright rude, as was the driver. We were charged $5 extra per day for having a truck, however we were parked in the exact same spot as any other vehicle (no reserved parking or bigger spots for a truck). They say this extra charge is indicated on the website - it is not from what I can see. When we arrived back to pick up our vehicle, the entire parking lot was sheer ice. No attempts to salt or sand or make it even remotely safe. I will never recommend anyone using this place.

A little rough around the edges, but it did the trick. Definitely a bargain discount parking/shuttle service. Lost count on how many locations on the shuttle van was held together with masking tape. Seats inside are not any better. Dirty and damaged. Not an expert but I don't think the vehicle would pass a safety.

Got out at waiting designated waiting area. Called for pick up. Was told would be picked up in 15 minutes, but driver finally showed up after 35 minutes. The driver was very rough with the luggage, flinging bags all over and too much in a rush to drive away without checking if we were safely seated. When we reached the car pick up area, the receptionist asked for the payment receipt and located the car, just gave me the keys and told me the row it was parked not clarifying the proper location, went around looking for my car in the dark at 3.00 am in a poorly lighted parking area. DO NOT USE EZ Parking, Their Shuttles are also very uncomfortable old vehicles, their drivers certainly need to be more hospitable to their customers. Very disappointed with EZ Parking, there is nothing EZ about them!

People are confusing this place for another place in Woodbridge,ON by the name “economy car & truck rentals”If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First of all, they’re changing their name on Google maps and actually have multiple names in order to avoid all the negative reviews. (EZ Airport parking, Economy Car rental, viscount C, and another name I can’t remember)Second, they are absolute scammers. You think they’ll offer the cheapest prices but then at the counter you get a lot of extra charges you weren’t told about. At first, they told us these were fees for what our credit card won’t cover “according to their “fine print legal notice” on their website. Then when we proved that our credit card does indeed cover us, they proceeded to make other things up that were not mentioned in the so called legal fine print they directed us to at first.Horrible customer service and they almost proceed to mock you in a way when you’re trying to fight for your right.On top of all of that, the guy wouldn’t mark the paper all of the scratches on the car they gave us and proceeded to tell us to “just take a picture”. And he wanted us to sign the paper without marking all of the scratches.Just an absolute terrible experience.Do not rent your car from here!!

This business, and I use the word business very loosely, because this place is an absolute disaster with no vision.We waited close to 1hr for a shuttle for a 3 min drive to the place. They constantly kept lying about the shuttle bus times EVEN after asking them why do they lie, they just don’t care about the customer at all. Then once on the counter they were very shady and not transparent in their fees. They charge an extra $12 for insurance even if you have a credit card with insurance which they add in the terms and condition in the last page with tiny font. Do yourself a favour and go with the big companies, they have the resources to deal with any issues and they won’t lay everything on you trying to milk you for every cent you can give them. You’re not supporting any local, family business here.After registering, we had to wait even longer to get the car because they overbook so they have to wait for people to drop the car, clean it really quickly and give to you. The whole process took around 3-4hrs!! That’s crazy.They keep changing their name to stay in business because they are little rats and they all get so many bad reviews.By talking with other people, apparently the are really sketchy when returning the car as they try to make up damages that where they already.Absolutely stay away from this place. I’d I could, I would put a negative rating for this place, absolute disgrace.
