(Below Street Level in McGill Metro Station) Horrible service and very rude staff. No need to give the staff's name but the old man is just disrespectful. That's not how you should be selling your products. And please do not lie about the quality. Overall, not recommended to people who want to buy a good suit in 'peace'. Spend a couple of bucks more and go get much better deals with super friendly and professional staff in Hudson's Bay.

I don't recommend going here for tailor services. I gave 5 shirts to tailor, they told me it will take 10 days. I come back 10 days later and they still aren't done. They work at snail pace. I drove an hour to get there during a workday and they ask me to come back in 3 hours. People have work. Very insensitive staff.

Expérience déplaisante, on vous met la pression et fait mine d’être courtois jusqu’à ce que vous changiez d’avis pour votre achat. Là on vous manque de respect et on vous chasse littéralement. L’expérience était identique dans toutes les autres Fifth avenu du métro McGill.À éviter.

This morning I bought a suit at this shop (below street level).1. The assistant was very friendly.2. He offered 4 choices of suits, explained the differences.3. He even helped to try on many jackets for faster decision making :)I spent more than twice the amount on the suit of my choice but I feel it's worth it.

Le gérant est agressif avec les personnes noirs et m’as clairement dit qu’il y’a pas de chemise « rose » alors qu’ils étaient sous les yeux , il m’a crier dessus pour me le dire. Je déconseille d’y aller

I went there last Saturday March 18 to buy a shirt. Good shirt, good material, good price and amazing help from the people there. Ask for Monica, she is amazing. The gentlemen that was with her that day was also very helpful. Definitely going back there for future purchases!
