Ultramar - Gas Station

You can't pay at the pump and you have to pre-pay. The pump was broken, it kept stopping every few seconds. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

Gas station operator was extremely rude and profane. Older man with grey beard would not give me his name when I said I’m calling his manager. Then he Immediately changed his attitude when he realized he was being a total a$$ and that I’m contacting the owner. I asked for 4 litres of gas and what the cost would be he said that it’s my job to make the conversion and made an underhanded remark about not understanding how gas stations work. Told me to f@&# myself and go somewhere else when I said that it’s not a good attitude to have and other gas stations have helped with the conversion in the past when trying to do mixed gas with oil. He then tried to over charge me and refunded me going to check my bank statements and confirm. Guy totally hates his life and projects that anger onto the customers. In the end I got my gas and went on my way but won’t be back. Pay extra somewhere else and save your own mental health. Maybe the night workers are better but pray you never encounter this horrible man.

Great guy! Small place, no lines, decent prices. Better than Toronto for sure. Lots of pumps.One thing that concerned me is that the pumps say “May contain upto 10% ethanol”.Could be more presentable. Unprofessional inside. Though overall I had a positive experience.

Rude service. Will call you a crook just for walking in. Worth paying a little bit more to fill up elsewhere. Such disrespect. I will never return until new management takes over.

Competitive gas prices and fast service! The guy that works there during the day is awesome! After I bought oil for my engine, I guess he could tell I'm not good with this stuff...he went out of the way to add oil for me in my car. Not only that he even cleaned my windows and gave me back the rest of the oil, in addition he gave me a clean paper funnel in case I needed to add more oil later on. I know it wasn't busy, he had time, but such a great fellow. I needed air for my tires also, he asked that I wait so he could serve other customers so he can help with that also, even rejected my $5 tip. Where else can I find great people like that, they're running out!!

They have broken gas pumps but some are working. You can’t claim journeys points from your cell phone number. Please fix this so customers stay loyal to your brand.

Rude staff... Can never get a receipt for my purchases. Once I get it but few weeks in a row. Guy told me that it costs a lot to run one of these stations?!? Three times and that was it for me... I'll buy gas from another place

Staff was friendly, Price was reasonable compared to other stations in the area. It's great that I can get my Journey points here as well.

MUST PAY INSIDE if using tap. There is no sign on the pump, but there TAP is turned off. You have to go inside and prepay. I always pre pay anyway so thats not the issue. The issue is being forced to go inside to prepay. I don't like going inside and waiting in lines gives. Going inside when its dark gives me the creeps. Will not be returning unless prepay at pump using tap is tyrned back on. I prefer to prepay at the pump using tap.
