Your Aligned Birth - Anna Marie Gierach

Anna Marie is the most amazing Doula. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking guidance, education, coaching in their birthing experience. Anna Marie is someone who connects with others easily. She is kind, empathetic, down to earth and highly educated on anatomy and the birthing process.I had a long and difficult experience with my first child's labour and delivery and with our second we sought out the assistance of Anna Marie. From the beginning we felt heard and we had our fears and concerns navigated. She met with my husband and I and got to know what was important to us in our birthing experience. She asked questions of my husband that I would have never thought to ask to make both of us feel comfortable. She opened our minds to other possibilities and offered resources to help remove any questions we may have had. Also, she offered a few resources that made me feel super empowered both leading up to and during my labour. During the experience, she was the calm in the room. While we were labouring at home, my husband had to navigate getting our items in the car, assisting our son and his Oma in their morning routine to make sure everyone was looked after and felt comfortable. I was thankful to know that my family was looked after while knowing that I too was being taken care of during one of the most vulnerable times of my life. Anna Marie made me feel comfortable, heard and helped me threw the hardest part of labouring at home.Once we got to the hospital, she had such a good relationship with the staff that everything seemed to flow super smoothly. My delivery was one that was quick where there was not much time for interventions and Anna Marie's in depth knowledge of anatomy was undeniably helpful. She assisted me to get into a position that my body wanted to take to assist my daughter to flip to allow her to come out. A very slight nudge of the right spot on my hip was the most amazingly critical and helpful things that could have occurred during her delivery. I was so thankful for Anna Marie's presence at that moment.After we arrived home, Anna Marie visited us and brought me bone broth to help in my recovery. She also allowed me to sleep a bit while caring for my daughter for a couple hours in our living room. To say that Anna Marie went above and beyond does not do her service justice.Hire her, you wont regret it!

Anna Marie is such a gem of a human! I am so thankful I found her to care for me throughout my pregnancy. Although she wasn't my doula, she went above and beyond at each of my chiropractor appointments and still offered the support and space I really needed. Due to my specific pregnancy situation, I didn't hire a doula, but if things were different I choose Anna Marie!10000% recommend. <3
