Scooters Oakville staff are excellent. Michelle really knows her scooters and was able to answer al our questions as being 1st time buyers. Pointed out differences betwen different models, what was more suitable to mysrlf and my husband. Let us have testvdrive in parking lot. Omar also really knows his scooters. delivered scooter as scheduled and explained several more festuresi. Was patience and answered all our questioned. Very good at his job. Highly recommend Scooters Oakville if you want to buy a scooter!

This organization is a scam. They claim that they will do home visits, but they never show up. On top of it you won’t be able to call them afterwards. Terrible organization. Beware

Omar was great, walked us through all the pros and cons of the different mobility scooters. We ultimately ordered the Invacare Colibri Mobility Scooter from the Oakville location and got delivery in 2 days!
