Justin did a great job installing the cement board and stonework surrounding my fireplace and slate tiles for the hearth. Justin is detail oriented, organized, responded to communications in a timely way - all in all a pleasure to work with.

Justin did a fantastic job creating an additional step on our existing multi-level flagstone terrace. The concept was a real challenge to make the entrance more functional. He removed the metal railing that was restricting the entrance to the front door and created another level below to meet the lower path, creating clear access the the front door. You would never know it wasn’t apart of the original installation. Justin was quick to reply when I contacted him, accommodating with my schedule and he looked after everything in terms of the materials for the job. So happy with the results!

One brick in the arch above my window slipped about half inch, so there was a crack. It looks like a simple problem, but may NOT be an easy one to repair. The arch has to be handled correctly, or it may collapse, and the window is at quite height. I talked to 7 companies/contractors that all are rated over 4.5. Masonry Nation is the one that fixed the problem. I have never written any reviews, but write this one because if those other companies can have 5 stars, Masonry Nation deserves 6• They take all customers seriously. Even though my project is a small one, and in the time I talked to them, they already have other projects waiting, I got all my inquiries answered in a timely manner.• The estimate from Masonry nation tells the cost clearly ( with professional financial app ) . And, they were not simply giving me one estimate, but also two options to fix the issue.• They followed the process and procedure even for this one-day's job. Justin is a red seal certified expert. You may feel he is more of an engineer than a business owner. Engineers focus more on fixing the problem and try to get the job done the best way.• They have planned and prepared well before the job. The problem is on the arch, but it also broke the seal of the window. They never had to stop the work and go to Homedepot to buy some tools or materials.• Their rate is quite reasonable. and they didn't increase the rate because of the small work in their busiest season.Overall, I think Masonry Nation is a company that cares about the quality of their work and the image of the company. I really appreciate their hard work to get the crack fixed so I don't need to worry about the brick falling down, and I definitely contact them in case I need masonry help in future.
