Not as good as I remember. One time in Cambridge, I had the best Swiss Chalet in my life. Every other location since has been disappointing and bland.I'd rather go to a grocery store, purchase a sauce package, and then make my own chicken at home.The chicken is dry, the green beans are watery.It's just not worth the price anymore.

Always go threw the drive through! The service are always nice and friendly! I like that they ask if you want utensils! (ASI take mine home don’t want extra waist) Food is always good the portions have gone up, but so has the price! For me it’s quick when I don’t feel like cooking or out and about and it’s the healthiest dinner for take out! Lately I haven’t had to wait long. In the winter seemed everyone wanted swisschalet! I don’t mind waiting for my chicken to be cooked to perfection! The wonderland and southdale location is the best and only one I go to!

Had my sister and her husband here from out of town and decided to go there for supper bad choice.We arrived at 5:30-6:00 and were told 15 min wait to allow servers to catch up lots of empty tables.Finally after sitting we were finally served orders were taken and when the food arrived orders were not right.Also ordered spring rolls which never arrived even though after mentioning this to the waitress the manager came to our table and apologized saying they were just put in and would be to the table free of charge never arrived.Would definitely not go here again very disappointed

Picked up take out and asked for Festive Family Dinner but the girl on the desk obviously didn't listen and we only got the regular family dinner which was quite a surprise when we got home. We didn't get a receipt otherwiseand had expressed surprise that the cost was less than I expected. I would suggest that anyone ordering take out (not online) make the staff member repeat your order, clearly and concisely so that you know exactly what you are getting!The one good point is that the food was well done and excellent, as we've come to expect from Swiss Chalet!Update: Swiss Chalet contacted me today and we were able to pay the difference between the 2 meals and received our chocolates, etc., that were missing from our meal last night. Thank you for excellent customer service and response time.June 6, 2023 UpdateWe purchased take out of the Chicken and Rib Fest. The service was excellent, very nice and capable young lady on the counter. The Chicken and Ribs were excellent, which we've come to expect from Swiss Chalet. However, the fries were another story altogether! They were basically inedible. I can only assume that because it was later in the evening after the dinner hour rush, the fries had been sitting under a heat lamp and were awful. I guess you have to make sure that you pick up when the restaurant is busy and there is a greater turnover of items.

Stopped for lunch at Swiss Chalet specifically to try their new fish and chips and their chicken and shrimp offerings. Service was really good and attentive.I had a double leg and shrimp special with rice pilaf. The shrimp were really good and plentiful. I would order this again in a heartbeat. I hope they consider making this a permanent addition to their menu.

When it comes to this location i seem to have the most horrible luck. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and it just never pays off.We ordered a family pack, chicken was good, fries are always cold and soggy. I recieved a ceaser salad as a side and it was like someone threw it on the ground. My lettus was black on some parts brown on others. I ended up throwing it out just because it didnt look appetizing or fresh.

Very cozy and comfortable location with both table and booth seating to offer. Was attended by a very friendly and solicitous mature waitress. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Popular spot for both lunch and dinner. Ideal for large groups but also has seating for couples and small groups. Service was quick and efficient.

Excellent service. Our server was the best.The chicken and fries were as always amazing. My Aunt had the chicken poutine. It looked very tasty. Lots of chicken.
