I have never experienced such rude staff. The short person behind the cutting table told me to go away to another table while I was standing in line waiting for my fabric to be cut. Just because you are about to close, doesn't mean you have to be so rude!!

It was awful. Today had summer time change and my watch showed 4.20pm when I got there on Sunday. But turned out it was 5.20pm and a woman at the door told my husband they closed.AND another lady came to the door and lock it in front of us and she kept looking from inside her store like we were thieves. Until we went to our car and then she unlocked the store. What was wrong with them?

It has everything to do with sewing and fabric, so much so that it took me 15 minutes to find a thimble. The staff was were very polite and helpful as I cashed out, and pointed me instantly to where the traditional" thimbles were. I bought one for half the price of the fancy designer one I had found. I guess I shouldn't have been shy to ask first. It is such a fascinating place to browse! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit."

I have always had good experience at this location. It’s my go-to store for all my sewing needs. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Always have fabulous sales and discounts.

They don’t have that much variety. No new stuff. Also limited stock in laces. Its been 6-7 months they are keeping the same stuff and no new add ones. But the staff is cooperative.

I had a project to work on with specific fabrics to be found. I was in touch with every Fabricland in the province. I decided not to give negative reviews but praise the stores where the customer service was great.I recommend the know-how and the friendly service at this location .

This was my first visit to Fabricland. KERRY was extremely kind and helpful and politely answered all questions which were probably due to my naïveté at buying fabric. Thanks Kerry! The place is very well organized and clean. You will find amazing deals too.I am totally sold. Never again will I buy ready curtains or cushion covers. They have a vast variety of fabric. I keep asking myself why didn't I think of this place earlier. I am so motivated to stitch my own upholstery after visiting this place :-D
