Our experience at Bavaria BMW was phenomenal. Our salesman, Archie Cantal was amazing, doing everything he can to help us get the vehicle we wanted and even going out of his way to make us the happiest customers we could be. As this is our first BMW vehicle, Archie was very informative, recommending the best vehicle that would suit our needs. Jessica was amazing from start to finish of my recent purchase! I've been to many dealerships in the last few weeks in search of a new car. Every dealership made me feel pressured, on a time limit, and harassed me with phone calls and text messages. Meeting Jessica was a breath of fresh air so to speak. She was calm, patient, and listened to me carefully. She didnt try to sell me a car I didnt want. She answered every question to the absolute best of her knowledge and kept her word on finding the best answer to those questions. She didn't have a sales pitch to feed me once I walked in. Wasn't interested in immediately grabbing my personal information. She let me take the reigns. I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Burke was absolutely a world class gentleman to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase. Amazing staff all around. They didn't miss a beat in every detail!

When I purchased my car here, we had a problem with the windshield about a week later. We brought it to their attention and the manager we dealt with made sure it was replaced for us. Dana from the service department was also amazing at helping us with another unfortunate issue regarding a rental car we had used while the windshield was being fixed. So overall I was very happy with my experience as neither issue we had was directly their fault but they made sure to help rectify them both.

Was in the market for a used luxury SUV and found a vehicle that met my needs at Bavaria BMW. I'm from out of town so was in touch with sales manager Arsh who was very quick to respond to my questions and requests as well as very professional. He was extremely easy to get a hold of via text as well as phone call. Went to see the vehicle (drove quite a ways) and he was very courteous and understanding. We discussed the price and weren't able to reach a decision that day, but he followed up with me and continued the conversation regarding the price of the vehicle, which is just great customer service. But we weren't able to agree upon a price and I wish I could have purchased it. Overall a very welcoming experience with prompt replies and no pressure, I would definitely recommend.

I bought this car recently for my family in BC from Bavaria BMW . Sandeep the sales has been telling me the condition is mint. After we receive the car, headlight is crack; deep skratches and dents everywhere on the car; parts falling apart. Im trying to solve this problem peacefully with the manager John since out of province inspection did not pass . they are not willing to take responsble for this condition. Blaming on me not going to see the car first; Absolutely broke my trust to this BMW dealer.
