I went through the drive through ordered 65 dollars worth of food and they missed fries tried to phone them and no answer several times

Absolutely disgusting..filthy ..smells and not 1 clean table to sit at..they also charge 40 cents for a package of mayo..very rude employees and no quality control what so ever. Will never go back

Food was fast, hot and good. Workers very polite. Disappointed in my jelly filled lil donut, there was very very little white sugar powder on the donuts... not as advertised :(

Food taste like garbage. I am never eating McDonald's again. Food is not real meat and cold and very salty fries. Heart Attack City. Prices are way to high for the quality of McDonald's food.

Food wasn't great. Order got messed up but didn't want to be rude. I'm lactose sensitive and so when I ordered a I've coffee I said I wanted black with caramel shot but they gave me one with cream which couldn't drink.

Ordered drive thru. Over charged on order. Saw one price on screen charged different at window and I questioned it and she repeated my total and I said it’s different and she didn’t care. Charged a med drink when ordered and given a small drink. Ordered a sweet and sour sauce and was charged .50 for it not given. Sat at window and waited for them to notice I hadn’t moved and when the girl notice and opened the window I said my order is incorrect and the receipt is not in there. she was rude and tossed the sweet and sour sauce and rolled her eyes while she grab the receipt. I tried calling the store but they don’t pick up. Very disappointed on the treatment given. Local and don’t think I will be back which is a shame. Not the first time had a bad experience here.

The blonde cashier who was working today at 9:20 pm was so rude and she gave us attitude when we asked for fresh fries because she gave us a batch that has probably been sitting there for how long now. She wasn’t very welcoming and gave us attitude as soon as we walked in. It wasn’t even busy. She gave us new fries and took the old ones but she snatched it and shoved it in the trash in such a rude manner! Very disappointing! Never going back to this store again! As a customer who worked in retail this definitely not the way to treat customers! Especially when we asked nicely since we paid for it. If it was free fine but it wasn’t! I strongly advise the manager or district manager teach their employees how to treat customers. This is the first ever McDonald’s in Canada that I have experienced something like this and I go to McDonald’s quite a bit. Going to Collingwood McDonald’s from now on!

The three of us just got yelled at by a lady named Jaden with pink hair behind the counter. It was very abysive and her coworkers looked scared. She clearly does not understands the social distance protocols and demanded three of us to stay in the red circle while we were waiting for our order to be made. Let me also inform you that the restaurant was empty. Customer service was the worst ever!

The blonde Shift leader was insanely rude for no reason. But there was a younger guy named Norman, Nowan or Norwall (something like that) he was super friendly and eager to help.
