Nice little store with great selection of stylish footwear. Staff are very knowledgable, trained professional footwear fitters! Who knew that's actually a thing?!? They are not commission driven so you certainly don't feel pressured into buying something that doesn't work for you.

I had my first visit to this location yesterday and was very happy with the service I received from Alicia. She was very patient and helpful with me! When a couple of the selections I had picked out off the website didn't work for me she was able suggest other options that did. That lady knows her footwear she was great!

Chinook Location: This was an awful experience. I bought a pair of boots. Brought them home and wore them around the house to get use to them. They hurt the very tips of my toes. I took them back to exchange. The staff was rude and insulting. They do not have my size anywhere and will not refund me.

Great service at all their stores but West Hills had the last pair of limited edition boots in my size. Their system doesn't process visa gift cards as they don't tap so the employee drove them to southcentre after work so I could pay there the next day. Went above and beyond for something that would have easily sold if they hadn't transferred them.

Extensive variety of shoes for all ages. I would highly suggest visiting the store as the website does not reflect the true brick and mortar inventory.Staff are friendly, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable in the products sold.

I bought a pair of Clarks Emily Belle Pumps here for work. Don’t let the name fool you, they don’t have the same quality that Clark’s shoes normally have.I wore these shoes inside for 15 minutes but still was not able to return or exchange them because they were just a few days past the 14 day return.The lady serving me was also not very customer friendly. I will NEVER shop here again!
