Balazs helped me out from the beginning, he took my payment without me having to come into the store. The cable set showed up the exact day he said it would. I went to pick it up and he was very nice! I started to assemble it and realized that one of the parts was incorrect. I was able to get a hold of Balasz and he drove to a different location on his day off to find the right part, even though he was with his family. I had another assembly issue and he emailed me back within minutes to tell me what to do. Receiving great service is a rarity these days, Balasz went above and beyond to make the situation right. I highly recommend!

They have a great selection of products and their prices are cheaper than anywhere else. I would strongly recommend purchasing your equipment here.

I had a few issues with some equipment which I purchased from this store, the parts were covered under warranty by Inspire. However, Balazs went above and beyond to resolve the issue, he came to inspect the equipment and throughout the whole process kept in touch with me and even followed up with me without me having to get in touch with him. Today the Regional Manager came to my home and fixed the equipment once the parts had arrived from Inspire.I have got to say that the service received from Balazs and the Regional Manager was A1! Will definitely revisit and recommend.Top service guys, and thank you again!

Recently went in and bought some plates and bar. I was overcharged for two items and caught it when I got home. I emailed immediately As they were closed already. The next day they were closed for Canada day so could not call then either. July 2nd went in about an hour after they opened and did not get a call or email back only to be told sorry my inventory is bang on.I felt like I was being called a liar. I was then told what would you like me to do? If I give you your money back or the items, then I’ll be losing money. I then was offered to make a larger purchase and have it discounted to off set the overcharged item. I felt that was unfair and not realistic. They made me feel like inventory problems was my issue. I emailed and tried to get a resolution right away.I emailed their online customer service to no reply .It really feels like in this landscape of our new reality of retail, that this company does not care what the customer has to say or concerned about. To not respond to a customer says you don’t care.I agree with other comments made, this place is messy, disorganized and cluttered.I have more to buy for myself and I will be driving right by Fitness depot to head to their competition. I will pay a little more for service, staff with concern for customers and listening to their customer.Do your research before going here, lots of opportunity to get goods shipped from online for way cheaper than these guys.

Last week, I went into the Langley store to see their selection of cable machines. I am a gym owner in the area, and am grateful to be in the fortunate position to:1) still be open after multiple closures and 2+ years of a pandemic2) in a position to re-invest into my business to service our members, trainers and clients better.That being said, after nearly 5 years of operating our family-owned gym, I went back into the store where my family and I spent tens of thousands of dollars on brand new equipment to fully outfit our gym when we first opened. Perhaps due to our lack of experience at the time, we felt that Fitness Depot in Langley was the best place to purchase all of our equipment, as they had most of the things we needed (or could have ordered in), and they were physically the closest location to us.Fast forward 5 years to last week, and upon entering the store, we were not acknowledged by staff chatting amongst themselves at the front desk. No big deal, I thought, as it seemed like an important discussion about orders and numbers etc.We were only acknowledged when we spent a minute or two focused on a piece of equipment, a dual stack cable machine, that turned out to be on sale (discounted from an original price by a few hundred dollars).When the FD salesperson enquired as to our interest, I mentioned that I was looking to add a similar type of apparatus to my gym. I went on to mention that I was a long-time customer and already had an account with them.Upon hearing this, the FD salesperson immediately responded by saying (pp): Oh

1. No return policy. Can't return anything. Once items are out, you are on your own. Even the purchase was 1 min ago.2. Sales are not very knowledgeable. Some of the suggestions are bad. They are SALES !

I highly recommend dealing with the store manager Balazs for any of your home fitness needs. Balazs is committed to customer satisfaction and is very knowledgeable and courteous. He kept us updated with the details of our order without me once having to enquire first. This dedication is a rare quality in today’s environment.

Very happy with the service I received today. The two members I spoke with were very knowledgeable about their products. I also really appreciated their honesty and felt they were doing their best to match my needs with a piece of a equipment without trying to upsell me with anything I wouldn’t value and didn’t need.I will be a returning customer.J
