Penticton Auto Glass

Because of Covid I decided to email a number of glass shops in Penticton, Matt was the only response. I found him to be outstanding to deal with and also gave me a fantastic deal. He is also a veteran like me, which to me means allot! If and when I need any other glass services, I'll be seeing Matt again without question!

I’m restoring an old Blazer and a few car guys around town recommended Penticton auto glass to cut and install all new glass on my project. Unlike big auto glass companies, this experience was a bit more personal, I met with the owners and was well taken care of through the whole process, they stayed on schedule and were communicating along the way so I was up to date. Very happy with the finished product!!

I was trying to find someone to replace the plexiglass windshield on my boat, after checking with most of the glass shops in town no one wanted to help me in any way! Luckily I walked into Penticton Auto Glass and met with Matt, not only did he offer to cut the plexiglass for me but his price was better than others had quoted just for the plastic! Matt also gave me the confidence to do the installation of the glass myself. They did an excellent job for me and now have me for a customer for any future needs. I stopped in to see if I could get a replacement piece of glass cut for a china cabinet door. Being from out of town I really wanted to pick it up the same day. I stopped to pick it up 7 mins after the shop was closed and wasn't charged because he had shut down the interact machine. Glad I stopped there. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Matt and Autumn are awesome to deal with!! Very professional and quick!! I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and by noon had a call that it was finished. Picking up was easy and everything was well explained! They even sent off the paperwork to have my deductible reimbursement from my insurance company! Thank you so much!! Keep up the great work!

I would like to say thank you. For such quick smooth work and service.About the side window replacement for my boat. I dropped off the broken glass as a template on a Wednesday mid day. And was told about the end of Thursday or Friday forsure.It was done by noon on Thursday. That's exciting to have a quick turn around to not even miss a day or a weekend with a boat.The glass cleaner they have is excellent as well ask about it.And Matt is helpful quick and to the point and definitely informative / knowledgeable. And is on the phone calling as soon as your glass is ready to go/ pick up.I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Penticton auto glass.Thanks for your help Matt and have a great summer.

I got the windshield on my 05 Nissan X-trail replaced here about a month ago. I didn’t have insurance on it so I had to shop around online and I’m glad I did. I received exceptional customer service and my vehicle was done before their estimated time. Would 110% recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely return.

Awesome service, friendly staff and nearby many down town amenities for while you wait. I have had these folks replace about 5 different windshields for me over the past recent years (including just this month) and I have been more than satisfied each time!
