Newcastle Auto has been one of the greatest places I have ever bought a car from. The sales gentlemen are wonderful, they take the time to show you the cars, explain the financial details and have everything make sense. The process has been easy, stress free and enjoyable all around. Every person that I communicated with from the sales gentlemen to the financial women on the phone and signing the purchase papers has been a breeze. Shani was amazing from start to finish. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was 100% with my purchase. There was a minor item of the vehicle I purchased missing.
