They put a new screen on my daughters iPhone. As soon as we got home it quit working properly. The screen cracked while she was trying to clean it. Went back to the store and the guy basically said tough luck. Wouldn’t do anything for us. Highly recommend you stay away from this business.

They never provided an official receipt. I went back to ask for one and they refused to do so. The even refused to provide a copy of the agreement I signed. I needed the receipt for work. Very unprofessional. Will not reccomend to anyone; especially when you're paying a lot of money to fix a phone. Go to Mobile Klinik instead. Your money is worth going else where for guarentee records and quality customer service. Very disappointed.

If your thinking of getting your phone fixed here, LOOK ELSEWHERE! I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced here and right from the beginning it wasn't working properly, backlighting was working 50% I could no longer tilt my screen to view videos and it wasn't even sitting flush with the phone! After only 3 weeks the screen went completely black. So I brought it into the store for a replacement, they told me it was damaged and their is nothing that they could do for me. I explained that the phone hadnt been dropped or physically damaged in anyway! Still they refused to do anything for me... I later find that they put in a knock off screen, which is only 50 dollars cheaper!! I would never use these guys ever again and hope that this review steers you away as well!!

'Fixed' a Samsung galaxy s 5 i held it for a week untill my son paid me for repair. $220.00Upon turning phone on it was broken. When i returned to store employee told me $150.00 more to repair BECAUSE IT MUST HAVE BEEN DROPPED. I told him no, BECAUSE HIS IMPROPER WORKMANSHIP IS NOT MY FAULT. I won't be $370.00 into repairing a $200.00 phone. Strongly recommend DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. NO WARRANTY. they don't care.

I was told that the phone would be like new from the factory. I was lied to! My phone was NO LONGER WATER RESISTANT AT ALL. I got it a tiny bit wet which usually would've been totally fine except with the new screen it was NO LONGWE WATER RESISTANT and I wasted over $400!

My daughter bought a charger from here and it was used he charged her 20 dollars for a used charger and did give her a refund and called security on her for asking for a refund this place is so bad never shop here and he is very rude especially to women Do not shop here trying to save people the experience.

Was able to repair a non standard phone model for Canada with the provided part a broken screen and he also helped by providing the glue and fixing the broken power button on it from when I was travelling and the screen died from humidity and light water exposure. I'm happy they attempted to repair as other companies aren't even allowed to try per the corporate policies. Did a great job and would use again

Ripped off, did not do anything and stilled charged a $47 fee. Go elsewhere to fix anything.

Ruined my boyfriends phone and refused to take responsibility. it was brand new from store, less than 2 months old and our dog hit it off the counter. went in for a screen replacement and later found out that they took my boyfriends brand new REAL apple products and replaced them with off brand, used products. my boyfriend sent it off to Apple and they said his battery, back and front camera, touch id button, speaker, n sim card reader were all taken out. put these guys out of business, DO NOT go to this store for anything!!! even their phone cases are fake!

They fixed my phone after I cracked the screen, and that's really all I wanted of them. Also applied a phone screen for me which is nice. However, I had to call into the store to see if my pre-ordered phone screen was there, and then was asked if I had received a call from them when I entered the store. Would like there to be some way of keeping track of these things between store workers. As well, they did not inform me that they would need my password beforehand. They did not give me the contract to sign beforehand, and then tried to hurry me when I was reading it. Finally, I was not told that my phone would have to be a certain percent of battery (75%) before they could replace the screen. If I had known that, I would have ensured that before I came in for the job. Overall, they did the job I wanted. But what was quoted as an hour job, really took two and a half hours. Job done, but some improvements could be made.
