I went to Mexico en of December 2021, I took the covid insurance just in case I had any issues which I ended up having. 6 Months later I am still waiting for my money. Imagine that?! Infuriating! I called a bunch of time and had very nice customer service people help me but basically the supervisors have to review" my request. It says 6 to 8 weeks of delays
