Imperial attension to customer service is amazing, Kevin is the best, always making sure we don't run out of products, our machines are well kept giving us great coffee. If there is a problem with the machines they are prompt in replacing or fixing them .

Called & emailed multiple times trying to setup with this company, when I finally got someone on the phone they were to get me set up with a sales person which never happened. Others in the film industry have complained as well about their customer service. Would not recommend.
