Sheena is a wonderful instructor. She takes the time to explain things, to make sure you understand. She is motivated and down to earth. She makes you comfortable in class as well.

I attend the class in Winnipeg Beach, and it is easily the most accepting and body positive yoga class I have ever been to. The teacher is very patient, clearly loves what she does, and the class is always good exercise without being too intense. Every class also comes with a great lesson and I always leave feeling more relaxed and in touch with my mind and body. Very refreshing.

I have been talking a class with Sheena for the past several weeks. I watch the Zoom recording at a time that fits my schedule. The classes are the right amount of challenge and let me work hard but also be successful. Sheena is very motivating and provides great adaptations, when needed.

I had a great experience with Sheena at Harmony Tree Studio. She is super friendly and a great tutor. Her instruction with tips to help me remember things was super helpful. I really needed a refresher and things were laid out so that I wasn't left alone with a book and feeling confused. I am really happy that I was able to meet her and received her assistance.
