Co-op Gas Bar (Desrochers)

I was going there almost every other day for coffee, and low and behold I went in today and to my surprise the cost of coffee went up by $1.30. It's now $2.30 for a large coffee. That's not worth it and I'm super disappointed in the ridiculous increase.

The worst customer service/experience stood in the carwash for 30 plus minutes then Benjamin from the cashier comes and says the car wash is closed for the night were in the books do they have in writing. I visited the carwash after work and the lady tells me it's closed for the day that was early evening. I happen to cross the car wash in the evening and neither the cashier nor a written note says that they close at 9pm like seriously. Staff seems to run the whole pomp and show according to their wishes I always had a liking for the car wash but I would think twice ever to visit here. I would never recommend this place ever. Benjamin seems to behave like the manager of the store no politeness no apologies but takes decision as to what he feels. Someone in HR has surely overlooked his customer service skills stop hiring kids without basic behavioural skills who haven't yet gotten rid of their milk teeth.

Unflexible and inconsiderate. I went to try this new location because it was close to home and I received a coupon. I asked how promotion works about getting 6cents off promotion and free car wash. They said I need to pre authorize my card for an amount then top up I said FULL TANK and I have an almost empty tank. They pre authorized for $50 And 50$ only came up to 29.605 litres. I have the receipt. I'mI said I want the free car wash so I said I'll top up more because my full tank is 45 litres usually. They said this is not possible. Literally 0.4 litres and I would have gotten the free car wash. This is not how you build rapport with your customers. Try to be considerate and offer options. Very unsatisfied with how the staff handled this.

Convenient location, lots of pumps on both sides of the little convenience store in the middle. Great gas prices, remember to use your Co-op Members Card! Everything you need and would expect for a gas station and convenience store is provided in a very clean environment.

false ad and flyer drop off. received this flyer in mail. went to store today they said it starts may 1st. NO START DATE WAS MENTIONED. please revisit this flyer before drop off.never comming back here

Apparently they don't have propane and don't know when it'll be fixed or ordered, I've gone there multiple times and asked multiple people. What kind of a gas station is this?

Was excited about having co op right by my house but very unsatisfied with this place, they do not have anything that I need ever and management seems very unorganized. Pumps never work either whenever i try to get gas in the morning as well.

Great place to finally find someone that refills propane cylinders and a lot cheaper that the exchange programs at all the stores.

Don’t come here for propane, they claim to sell by the pound but they charged me for the full capacity of my cylinder the two times I went here to fill up. I’m pretty sure there’s a law against filling passed 80% of a cylinders capacity as well. Both times they didn’t even use the scale to weigh my cylinder. Pretty disappointed since this location is so close to home
