The Lady pharmacist need to be polite with customer. I went to get my mom's vaccine at this clinic and was not happy with the service. First of all inspite of booking the appointment, I waited for 1 hour. Also if you take vaccine at the pharmacy, the vaccine passport takes 5-10 days (As per the store pharmacy) to get it updated on the federal site. But if you take vaccine at the official clinic (Based on my past experience), it gets updated very next day,

Nice store. Had my c-19 booster booked for 9:25. He said i was the 2nd appointment but already they 15+ minutes behind. So allow time.Polite helpful staff. But not one of the 3 staff I saw were wearing their mask over their nose, the Pharmasist was. Very nice folks. I would definately go when looking for homeopathic remedies.

I brought my prescription in and the lady at the till were great the the pharmacy lady was not nice at all no manners she made me wait because she had to call the doctors office to ask if my prescription was valid and true of my god I took my prescription back and got it filled at shoppers as they as so kind and sweet I will never give family care pharmacy my business

I have very bad experience. Actually the pharmacy opens at 9am the door was locked I reached before 5 minutes there was a lady. who already saw me . I was waiting till 9:10am she didn’t open the door. she was doing her work only. lack of manners.

I was thinking of supporting a local business but that was a mistake. The pharmacist Keji asked many unnecessary, irrelevant questions, making the purchase very difficult. She also made many assumptions and asked why I didn't I fill the prescription where my mom's doctor was. That was a very good question. Don't go there unless you have nowhere else to go as getting your prescription filled is like pulling teeth.

I've been coming here for well over 5 years, the service has been exceptional and perfect and consistent, local family style pharmacy and they fill prescriptions quick. They have a great staff and everyone is really nice. Great pharmacy.
