Girlfriend lives here and they never respond to issues in the apartment or have any care to fix them. Ceiling got cracked and cement dripped through the roof onto her personal belongings and they came 2 separate times to do next to nothing and didn’t even clean the mess. On top of that there are many holes in the roof of her bathroom, one of which above her shower due to water leaking from above and they left it wide open leaving a peak hole for the apartment above until she covered it with a garbage bag taped off (which they easily could have done, or just fixed the issue). I would never recommend living here. Is a total nightmare.

stayed there for one year, great location great management ( not so friendly but get things done, which is great actually) any maintenance complain is taken care within 2-3 days. overall great experience.

Very nice apartment building close to the university. The building is well maintained, quiet, and safe. The pricing is reasonable. The units are spacious and looks updated. Some units face the bridge or detroit river and the views are beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and many other places.The building manager Sami offers exceptional service. She is friendly, super helpful and quite accommodating. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

I wish there was a negative zero. I have the worst experience with skyline. They connect the heat to my hydro and let me paying their bills. They don’t have good customer service and they are very unprofessional especially the workers at the headquarters.
