X-Tile Canada

We used X-Tile for two of our home renovations. Although the size of the store is modest, their selection is very large, even larger than stores that have more square footage. They have a wide selection of designer tiles, too. We would definitely recommend this store for anyone doing a home renovation.

Had to fix a leak in my shower but searched everywhere for the exact tiles. Went to more than 10 stores and couldn’t find them. Went to X tiles and as soon as I showed them to Lucy (who offered me amazing customer service), she said “oh yeah, we have those!” So glad to have found them! Saved me from having to redo my whole shower! And thank you again Lucy for your excellent service!

I completely agree with previous customer , they have a great selection of tiles, unlike other stores, however the customer service at this particular location is terrible. The warehouse made a mistake gave me the wrong tiles, I send them pictures and explained the issue , they said they are going to call me which they never did. I keep calling and they said they are busy with other customers, so they don't even care to give priorities to clients after they made mistakes.

Excellent customer service from all the associates that helped me that helped me with my purchases. I have visited all 3 locations and they were very thorough with their help, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They even gave me design advise for free. I was especially impressed with their showroom at their location on Dufflaw ,they have a huge selection of tiles on display.I will definitely be back when I do my next project.

I usually try to indicate only products or services that I have personally tested, because the reputation of my business has priority over the profits derived from my recomendations. However, occasionally it happens to have to indicate someone or company outside my area only because I know the seriousness and professionalism of its owners, because I believe that this characteristic will certainly reflect on the work offered and/or because I follow its trajectory for years. So it has been with this company, which today has 3 branches in Canada. The result and feedback from my friends and clients has always been in a tone of satisfaction and thanks for being so well attended. This week I'm in Toronto, and the time has come when I myself wanted to buy some special pieces to be used in the renovation of my kitchen when I return to the United States next week. I could not be happier because I found what I couldn't find anywhere else and because they are such unique pieces! I will keep recommending X-Tile Canada as a very reliable source for any ceramic tile needs.

This summer I needed to renovate both my main bath and powder room. I am the kind of person that if I have to do things, it better be worth it, esp if I am going to spend money on it. I went through all the tile stores around major locations. Found some good options, but not really having that excitement factor in my mind. 3 days before start of renovation, I made a last ditch effort to check out more tiles along Lawrence, visited 2-3 more locations, and nothing. On my way home, I saw and passed by X-tiles, (Dufflaw) and I doubled back. Glad I did. Met Lucy. She was very helpful and grateful for her calm and patience (as I was getting frustrated with not getting that excitement around my project and crunch time.) I cannot say enough great words for her help. I went back to their location each of the next 3 days to finalize my project. Now I can say, YES!!! I am so happy with the outcome of my project, it had the uniqueness I wanted in my washrooms!!!! So happy and grateful with Lucy's guidance and service, SHE CALMED my frustration, so happy that X-Tiles carried the tiles I needed to make very UNIQUE look to my washrooms. I had a very SATISFYING project this summer, every time I visit my washrooms, some ooohhs and ahhhs. LOVE LOVE LOVE the blue skies in my bath, the flowers in the powder room. SO UNIQUE, SO MINE!!!!!! :) Attached are bare pictures of the finished washrooms. Thank you to X-tiles for carrying those special tiles, thank you to the staff, even that person at the back, to Edward and especially Lucy!!! If I have another washroom to renovate I will not hesitate to take more of those tiles. THANK YOU.

Bought tile at North York location. Tile was different thickness (3/8 and 1/16 less) and size ( 1/16 less on one side with razor sharp edge. Return?) No sorry no “ can we offer you a discount. First experience like this and absolutely last time buying with this company. Thanks!
