Spent a lot of time here with my first kid in the EarlyON program. The staff were always so wonderful. Can't wait for everything to re-open again to bring my 2nd kid out there to have some fun. The indoor jungle gym is awesome (and big enough for parents to crawl through with the little ones).

Our son had his 8th birthday party at Putt N’ Blast today (through Boys & Girls Club) and we could not be more happy with our experience. Our son has autism and many of his friends also have special needs. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. They even helped us to clean up as we rushed to gather things, when our son got over-stimmed and then had a panic attack. Instead of being frustrated for slowing things down, the staff were empathetic and ensured that he was ok.I am one tired mama after a wonderful party with lots of friends and family, but I wanted to take the time to leave a review tonight, as we are so appreciative of our experience.Thank you for helping to make our son’s birthday a day to remember!

Not recommending their summer camps!!I will never send my daughter there again, it’s basically a bunch of teenagers who are watching your kids and who have no training whatsoever…There’s hardly any activities, the kids end up playing in the playground and go to the pool once a week.I decided to pull my daughter from that place when I found out from my 6 yr old daughter that she ate her lunch in the morning before lunch and when lunch came, she didn’t have any food lolNone of the staff told her : hey why are you eating your lunch at 10am ?! No supervison!! kids don’t eat at whatever time they want. Their schedule should be the same as school with a routine.If noone noticed that my daughter was eating spaghetti at 10am , I don’t trust them watching my kids at all.

Was in town with the kids (2/5yr) visiting grandparents and it was the air quality was not good for our little asthma baby. This was an amazing find! Don't let the parking lot/strip mall fool you. Shallow, warm pool, lots of toys and super friendly staff - price is right and you book through the city of kingston app. can't wait to go back!

I went middle of the road for stars on this one. When I prebooked I asked how warm the pool was they said between 82 to 86 degrees. It felt like 76 to 78. We weren't prepared for that on this cold winter day. The place is very neat and tidy. The reception girls are very friendly and courteous. It wasn't busy and lots of space to swim

A great facility used by several community groups. Did aqua fit in the large, warm pool with Seniors Association Kingston Region.

The staff here are fantastic. The camps are all great value, birthday parties can be held here, afterschool programs, swimming, jungle gym. It's really an excellent place for kids K - 8. They just updated the main area and now offer a canteen/cafe. Very reasonable prices that help run valuable community programs. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Boys and Girls club PA day program. The event was to be held at the schools in Amherstview at the 2 schools. When we arrived the secretary was overwhelmed by the parents wanting to drop off their children for the program. The secretary told us that both schools had an abundance of parents wanting to drop off their children, 1 parent was so upset because she could not go to work after paying $120 and could not utilize the program. The secretary also indicated that she been trying to call B&G club for over 1/2 an hr.When I went to the B&G club located at the Frontenac Mall the staff member said it was at the Community Center but so got very irritated once I pointed that there was dozens of parents going to the school so I pointed out that this was a miss on their part. She immediately went on the defensive as I'm guessing she was the one coordinator this event. She even went as far as chirping me on the way out of the building and raising her voice the farther away I got. She also told me they don't answer their phones during drop off. If you want to save yourself from abuse and unprofessionalism then DON'T sign up with B&G club located at the Frontenac Mall

We had lots of fun a birthday party and we had a baby shower there. Tons of things to do and the staff are great
