Iqra Islamic School

I sent both my daughters to this school, I must say that the teachers and principal are very cooperative with the parents and really care about their students. My only regret is, if only this school went up to grade 12.

I came here as a student and let me say that the students to the teachers are just very in cooperative, apparently you can't eat ur lunch in snack time because as brother Ahmad said that's just wrong" was also called a bad influence for trying to lighten the mood for my fellow classmates

Pretty good school, students there complain alot ( I should know I was one part of 'em) but the school lays a strong diverse Islamic foundation in the lives of all its students and I don't think I'll ever forget my experiences there as a student.

I am Arda Temiz from Gr.4 and Br.Ahmed please kick me out of this school please and Br.Zahid is so werid and Sr.Sumbal keeps giving more work

This school have communication issue. They don't contact parents unless the issue got escalated to point of no return.If your child not perfect, they will try to kick him out from the school after kicking him out of the class first. they will only contact you when they want to kick him out of the school (blacklisted)We asked the grade one teacher to communicate to us when our kid have issues in school, only lasted few days and then she said she's busy and can't communicate to us....Isn't that part of the teacher job? it takes few seconds to send a message. I heard teachers are mean and very strict to kids from insider teacher too (bringing back home mentality)Make sure to ask if your son teacher have a teacher certification...Now after moving my kid to new school, we are getting much much better communication from the new school teacher daily!! without asking wow what a big difference...and guess what, our kid like his new teacher because she could deal with kids (not importing back home mentality to deal with kids which is do what i say or else...)

I really like Iqra Islamic School . Whenever I called the teachers, they have always responded quickly and very nicely. The teachers work very hard on each student and are very co-operative. The administration is also wonderful. I would like my son to study in this school till Grade 8.

parents should read school reviews before sending their child to iqra because its not a good school to say the least. The teachers are rude to the students and u get in trouble for everything you do. The school is small and the bathrooms are not clean. iqra tries their best to show a standard of high education" but its not worth the money. avoid iqra and go to another school if u want the best for ur child"

there are lots of other islamic schools that are better than iqra dont waste ur money and go to a better school

This is the best school in canada.the teachers are very kind .

It's a very good place. I like all the teachers, except the Grade 3 teacher, Sr. Nasreen. She yells at me for every small thing I do. Overall, the school is great, but I don't really like it.
