Will and BJ were excellent to deal with from our first meeting. All of the other contractors that quoted our job were unable to live up to the great first impression made by the Hickory Dickory Deck Brantford team. When we decided to proceed with our deck project, Will and BJ answered our many questions, helping us feel comfortable about our investment. When the project began, if we had concerns or questions, they were highly attentive and quick to address. They were always informative and very friendly. We would highly recommend this team and are beyond pleased with the finished project.

Our deck was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. Wil provided an estimate and suggestions. BJ and Kary removed the old deck and professionally installed the new one. We are really pleased with the outcome, not to mention, the great interaction. All went to plan. Thank you for outstanding quality/service.

We needed a repair on an old deck and some sprucing up in the summer of 2021. Will and BJ made suggestions and gave us great options for our project. When we decided to replace our deck, we contacted 2 different contractors for a quote. Hickory Dickory Deck was not the lowest quote and we had expected to eliminate them but decided to go to their presentation centre anyway to see what they had to offer.We were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the information Will and BJ provided and the added detail that was included. We hired Hickory Dickory Decks - Brantford - to build us a new composite deck, as well as an extension to the roof over half of our deck. We started with a 3D diagram and pictures of what we had envisioned, and the process started at the beginning of August of last year.Will, BJ and their team were absolutely a wonderful group to work with. They explained what they were going to do ahead of time; they are extremely friendly and personable; they're knowledgeable and highly skilled (they know they're stuff!!!).The transformation was remarkable and the finishing touches are superb. Even our neighbour thought the work was absolutely top notch... can't deny that at all.Furthermore, they are very accommodating... we had requested to finish this entire project over a three-year period in order to spread the cost.... they have. They will soon begin Stage II of the project this Spring as the entire project involves top deck finishes (deck, roof, glass railings, covered posts - done), bottom deck finishes (privacy walls, covered posts - TBA Spring 2023), and stairs, bottom deck ceiling (TBA Spring 2024).We would HIGHLY recommend Hickory Dickory Decks Brantford to anyone in a heartbeat.
