I purchased my kitchen from KCC and got it installed in June of 2021 and am leaving a review based on my experience with it this past year. Shaun did a fabulous job designing my kitchen and was very helpful throughout the process. He gave great ideas and really has a knack for designing. Any time I had a question or needed his help, he was very supportive. My experience started off WONDERFUL but, like many business transactions, there's a potential of missteps that could occur and this case, unfortunately, there were many in which led to a stressful experience as oppose to a seamless one.To start, the installer would leave my home (after installing) without advising me he had left for the day which left me incredibly perplexed as my home was left unlocked and somehow that wasn't a concern to him? Despite renovations being done at my unit, I would have appreciated a simple phone call or text giving me a heads up so that I can come and lock the door. When he came back a second time for the installation, I noticed he had cracked my brand new tile and did not let me know of that either. When I expressed concern about what had happened, it felt completely disregarded - I was not given a genuine apology nor any compensation of the sort (even when I had asked - I wanted to give them a chance at service recovery). At that point, I made sure I was present every single time so that another issue like that wouldn't occur again.I do want to include that the cabinets are in fact great, they are sturdy and well - no complaints at all, however, the drawers have been an issue since day 1. Upon opening and closing the drawers as a normal daily act, I noticed the top part of the sides (that connects the bottom and top piece) have already started to separate and peel after only 6 months of usage (pictures below). The drawers were constantly sticking out in a sense that they were not flush with the rest of the cabinetry. It became so problematic that the installer had to return a number of times to fix, which I did appreciate, however, even after fixing, the same problem would return after a few days which then led me to give up and accept it the way it was. My most recent issue was when I had pulled out one of my middle drawers to grab a plastic plate and the entire drawer just completely sank/fell into the drawer below as the side metal arm fell off due to a screw that was screwed in too tightly causing the wood to split which made the area weak and could not support the weight. Luckily my brother was able to fix it, but nonetheless, the issues continue.At the beginning, I was truly hopeful that my experience would be a 10/10 however looking back at my entire experience as a whole, it saddens me to say that I will not be a returning customer for future kitchen projects.

I wanted to share our experience with KCC Kitchens. First and foremost Maribeth was fantastic!! She had so much knowledge and was always friendly but most of all she was extremely patient and willing to accommodate whenever we made a change. It took us several years to actually pull the trigger on a new kitchen but she was always there for us when we would start thinking about it again. We never ever felt rushed or pressured with her and she was amazing at figuring out every detail. Saying that, once the cabinets arrived they were meticulously installed and look amazing. We are very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate for a second to recommend KCC. There are a lot of kitchen places out there but I can say with confidence that there are not many people as fantastic to work with and incredibly patient and knowledgeable as Maribeth.

Good experience affordable price

Just got my second kitchen from KCC Toronto / Cabinet Outlet Depot in Mississauga. They are full service, detailed drafting design and very close communication.After renovating most of my house with orders and contractors going wrong, this was the most organized and stress free project I had. Thanks guys and a big thanks to Maribeth , the designer.

Very pleased with KCC product. The cabinetry is clean and contemporary and hinges are durable.The value for merchandise is Very reasonable.In addition to all these positives, the customer service I received from Shaun And his team is amazing. They are there from start to finish to answer all questions.A truly wonderful experience.
