I visited there they totally unprofessionalThey are scammers, they even don’t know how to use machine one old lady is liarThey are not professional even though they sre not learner please don’t consider them

I took my 13 year old son for hair cut and asked a lady to cut my son's hair with scissors rather than the machine. I showed a photo of the style my son wanted, and she said the price will be $15.75. She said she will do the haircut herself and asked my son to take a seat. I left to come back later. What made me upset was that somebody else did the hair cut instead, somebody who hadn't see the picture and thus cut his hair differently. Also they asked for $31 from my son. When I went there, they said the cost was $31 because they cut his hair with scissors, even though they originally told me it would be $15.75 for a cut with scissors. I asked for the service rates, they showed me the price for a women's hair cut, which was $25. As we know usually for kids the price is lower. My son only had $20 so they accepted that from him instead, but I got so disappointed that they gave him a different hairstyle than originally discussed AND they charged more than the original 15.75, and they never apologized!!

Took too much off of one eyebrow - made one thinner than the other. When my wife questioned the lady, she said it's just your eyebrows" lol get out of here"

The lady ruined my freaking eyebrow shape. I told her not to ruin my shape....just wanted to get the hair on the sides removed. She said dont worry but freaking ruined it. And, then was like, Hair will grow out" like I know what I wanted and you just had to mess it upp. I am never going back there. SERIOUSLY!!!!!"

I have been getting my eyebrows done at this place for over 4 years now. Never had any major issues. I usually get it threaded from whoever is available. We all start somewhere, new people gotta practice too. This new lady (her name is Tara I think, she's got blonde hair) trimmed my eyebrow way too much. When I looked at my eyebrows I gasped, she goes, what this?"

I specially booked an appointment for eyebrows, waxing and heena tattoo(mehndi). But when i reached there salon.They behaved like i was just walkin. They don’t know how to do management. My eyebrows and waxing were good but no time for heena. People who were there was complaining because they were waiting for 1 hour. And they did my eyebrows and hands and leg waxing in 1 hour. So Disappointed with the staff. They need to learn how to manage things and people. If you don’t have slot please don’t accept appointments.

Excellent client dealing skills. Nav was very polite and did threading very gently. Service is amazing. This was my first time here but really appreciate the way they deal there clients. Looking forward to come again for other services too! Grada is amazing lady the way she does eyebrows is tremendous she makes sure she provides satisfactory services to customer. Really appreciate her!! My haircut was good too it was exactly what I always wanted I look so refreshed and young.

I spent almost an hour sitting in the chair waiting to get my eyebrows threaded. While I was patiently waiting the whole time, they brought 2 other ladies into the room to thread their eyebrows right beside me. One of the workers even went on to take other customers payments stating she would “be right back.” I gave her 10 minutes to come back, and she never did so I just walked out of the salon. This was so unprofessional, they were fine to let me wait close to an hour for a 5 minute job of threading my eyebrows - yet didn’t want to make their other customers wait after they had been getting their hair done for the past 45 minutes and even went on to do their eyebrows before mine after I had been waiting this whole time. I left feeling completely hurt and disrespected, will not be coming back.

I usually love this salon and frequently go here for my eyebrows and my hair services. I usually love their service and especially their prices, and of course they do an amazing job.Every 4-5 months I get the same thing: A trim, a colour (solid brown), and usually eyebrows.The lady did an amazing job! However when it came to paying the cost was much higher than normal, so I ask what's the breakdown"?1. She didn't even give me a specific breakdown2. She said it cost $35 to straighten my hair because it's longI advised her that when she asked me "Would you like your hair straightened" she should have TOLD ME THERE WAS A FEEI never have been charged for a style
