Beautiful location and super knowledgeable staff!!! Garden works have the best selection for flowering baskets and planters. I got this pink Fuchsia planter the other day and I cannot stop staring at it! Definitely would recommend visiting the Colwood location and getting your summer colours going.

I went in the store to buy some plants and Rielly was a huge help! Honestly I have no clue about plants at all but I was given all the information I needed on what the plants. If they were toxic to dogs and if they were what the symptoms would be! I asked a ton of questions and I was never met with any annoyance. Rielly never made me feel stupid for not knowing anything about plants. I would definitely come back especially if all team members are as helpful as Rielly!! You were wonderful!!!

Great selection of pots. Lots of plants to choose from. Not very many truly unique or rare plants though, which is a real shame.for the most part, prices are very steep, save for the odd amazing deal. However, in a speciality store such as this, it’s to be expected. Staff are either super kind and knowledgeable, or are very disinterested and curt. Sort of a crapshoot on your customer service experience. But still, not a dealbreaker.Would definitely suggest GardenWorks, but as your last stop. If no one else has the item you’re looking for, they most likely will.

Gardenworks in Colwood stands by its plants with excellent customer service. A dogwood purchased more than two years ago was replaced, no questions asked. All I had to do was deliver the dead shrub with original tag attached. Fraser cheerfully loaded into my car a large flowering dogwood that staff reserved for me. I paid the difference in price and purchased several recommended products to improve the new tree’s chances for success. Thank you, Gardenworks staff and Fraser for your assistance and advice. You far exceeded my expectations!
