Dismal customer service. Owner literally swore and muttered under his breath at me after I asked him to explain why he was adding a debit surcharge of 50 cents for a $10 transaction. Inexcusably unprofessional.

They charge extra 50 cents PER strip of bus tickets if you use debit/credit. Normally places do a 50 cent charge if you’re using a card... but an extra 50 cents PER STRIP? How does that make sense? They are trying to make a PROFIT off of selling LTC bus tickets! that is a just a rip off for no good reason. They have ZERO customer service and are rude. Place is also trashy. Do NOT go here.

Idk why everyone is complaining. This store is near my place so I’ve been going there for years. No one there has ever been rude or disrespectful towards me or any of my friends. It’s not more expensive than the other convenience stores in the area- you can literally check the prices by going to any other store dt. Has all the essentials with a bonus of an Asian ramen rack at the back of the store. Plus it’s a family run business so check it out if you don’t want to support all the big chains.

Horrible customer service . Went in to cash in some scratch tickets because I had a bunch laying around the house, I told her I understand if some are expired cause they are old. When the the first 3 came back as cashed out, which makes no sense because they don't give them back to you after you cash it out I asked her to check the ones that I knew where recent. That's when she denied me service ( her words I'm not doing this for everyone I had 8) called me a fraud and told me to get out of her store.

Bought 2 cans of evaporated milk and I forgot to check the expiry date. Best before 2018 and 2020. Definitely my fault for not checking but the fact they could be selling items expired 2-4 years ago is insane.
