I recently ordered glasses from the Chatham Superstore at Theodore & Pringle. I have ordered from them in the past as well and it's always a good experience. Alyson was especially helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

Allison and Chantelle were amazing! They took the time to find me the frames that looked best and fit within my budget. I would say that overall the whole experience was excellent; I will definitely be going back for all of my eyeglass needs.

Allison is the best! So easy to talk to and always helps to pick out the perfect pair of glasses. You feel like you’ve known her forever. Purchased many pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses here, recommend to all of my friends and family! Lots of great deals throughout the year.

Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore
There is no sense posting hours. Three separate times I have gone there with noone in the shop. They have had my sunglasses since Monday with no phone call. Tried to pick them up Tuesday, but no one to dispense them. Went in today and noone is there.This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.!!!!!!Not happy because won't be able to pick them up until next week because of the holiday.
