Uhaul has a good web based system for vehicle rentals. This location was very friendly and helpful. Vehicles clean and in good condition.

I go here for all my U-haul needs. I have been to ever location in Barrie, Collingwood, wasaga and I will only go to Whimsical!!! They are prompt, honest and have the best maintained and repaired u-haul trailers and trucks unlike most locations. The whole staff is awesome and professional!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

This place is a racket . 100 percent . Rented a truck yesterday for 3 hours to do one dump run within barrie . Put 20 dollars in gas to bring it back to the less then quarter tank they gave me and they still decided to charge me for a fuel charge . On my receipt . Without telling me . If I had not looked it would have just gone by . If I had not fueled it up of course charge but I did my part and they just charged it anyway . I have gone to corporate cause how many others are they doing this too.

I was having great difficulty understanding the refund process for the supplies I was overcharged for when I initially made my reservation. I have mentioned the website errors to UHaul, and have since been given my refund in full with a small voucher credit. I'd like to retract my earlier review and offer my thanks to Whimsical Emporium and UHaul for taking care of this for me.Uhaul is a very affordable service and I highly recommend it to others.Thanks!
