What a pain to cancel your membership and stop automatic payment. You cannot cancel digitally, you have to speak with a representative. The representative then interrogates you (supposedly for security reasons). Finally after about 8 minutes of this, I finally received a numbered confirmation of cancellation. In fairness to CAA, their service while a member was exceptional. Being seniors, we found we were not using their offered services any longer. Cancellation should not be such a hassle.

Very happy dealing with Sandra for my home and auto insurance needs. I was in the process of selling and buying multiple vehicles in a short time span and bombarded her with questions and requests for quotes and she always got back to me promptly and politely.She was also very great to deal with when it came to answering my questions about different levels of coverage and I would recommend her to anytime looking for insurance.

Was very eased with the person who helped us. It was a little busy so one of the travel agent's came over right away and helped us. She was very helpful. Wish I could remember her name,but thankyou.
