I lost the very oddly specific and apparently impossible to find pieces that I’d lost but needed to attach my bike rack to my roof rack. After 3 days of unsuccessfully hunting through hardware stores near me I decided to make the drive to Rack Attack. They happily dug through a giant box of spare hardware and found what I needed within 5 minutes, no charge. Highly recommend!

Purchased an old Thule roof box off Facebook marketplace but the hardware had rusted. The guys at Rack Attack found different hardware that would work, made adjustments to my roof box, and installed it on my car. Highly recommend!

Bought roof bars from someone and needed them installed as no instructions came with it. Mike was very quick to help, although it was his first time with this kinda system he was quick, efficient and informative! Previous owner was gonna send me keys at a later date when they found them but Mike luckily had a bunch in stock so gave me some.Definitely gave a 5 star service!

The guys at rack attack were fantastic! Had an older model Thule helium pro 3 and needed some obscure replacement parts. They scoured their back room and found most of the parts and ones they didn’t have in stock were able to source online quickly and then even showed me how to find the right schematics on the Thule website. Great customer service!

Mike and the boys looked after me super well and took at least 40 min showing me all the options. They were pleasant and patient. They helped me make the best choice for my Jeep Wrangler. The install took all of 15 min. They were able to get me in sameday. I was able to get a very good price for my Kuat rack & swing out. Kudos Rack Attack!

My husband and I went to Rack Attack to purchase a cargo box for our new car. We did not know much about the features we wanted or needed and therefore we were looking to be educated on what to consider when purchasing such an item. Upon arriving at the store, which was busy, we were greeted warmly and the salesperson let us know that he would soon be available. The salesperson, Karim, seemed genuinely interested in our questions and answered them expertly. He made suggestions regarding sizes and features. We felt no pressure. We told him we needed to go home to take some measurements. A couple of days later we came back to make our purchase. We could not be happier with the product which is well suited for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Rack Attack to anyone looking for expert information, product quality and reasonable price.

Our Thule 4 bike rack was sticking and not operating as it should. Zach was super helpful and informative on what needed to be done. I don’t know much about the gear and really appreciated how kind he was. He and his colleague quickly fixed the problem and now it feels better than when it was first purchased!
