Mayfair Diagnostics Sunridge Plaza

My experience at the Sunridge Office was extremely positive. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Both the ultra sound and x-ray were completed promptly and without difficulty. I commend all of the staff, their efforts were certainly appreciated.

Considering that I am disabled and use Access Calgary, I came much earlier to my appointment for x-ray and ultrasound of my left knee. I prepared myself to wait, but I was called after maybe 5 minutes. From the moment I opened the door until I left, I was greeted with a smile. All the employees I came in contact with were extremely kind and accommodating. I must especially mention Jiselle - Assistant Clinic Manager and thank her for her help with home transport. Since I was done so quickly, I should have waited more than an hour and a half, but Jiselle called Access Calgary and arranged an earlier pickup. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart, especially Jiselle.

I am very happy with the service I received from here. The staffs are very helpful, patience and help me throughout with my ultra sound.

It was a great experience with the staff, especially with Christy who performed my Doppler test.She perform the test with great expertise and profession, very friendly, I would like to recommend this place for my friends.

I have to rave about the staff at Mayfair Sunridge. From the moment I walked into the door, I was treated with a level of service that went above and beyond. The lovely lady who checked me in was friendly and funny. She scanned my req through so I didn't have to hang on to it for my next appointment, and gave all the info I needed for my two tests.The X-Ray tech was both hilarious and tender. He gave great instructions, and helped make me feel comfortable throughout the process.The Ultrasound tech rounded out the pleasant experience. She was both gentle and kind, but made great conversation during a long imaging process. We talked about music, and when I went to prepare for the next part of the imaging, she wrote down some artists for me based on our conversations. I know that's not part of the test, but it is indicative of the above and beyond service that I experienced.Thank you to everyone at Mayfair. Diagnostic Imaging can be a bit big and overwhelming, but with staff like that, it's easy and pleasant.

Arrived on time. They took me in right away. The lady doing the exam was amazing. Explained everything and was so gentle. Positive experience. I wouldn’t book anywhere else.

Was greeted quickly and pleasantly. Promptly taken to the examining room. Great care taken by the technician (Jan)was actually a pleasent experience.

There was no wait time on my scheduled appointment. My technologist was pleasant and courteous. The room and gel was warm which made it a more pleasant experience. I would highly recommend using this Mayfair Sunridge Plaza diagnostic clinic.
