Quick shout out to Mary in the parts/service team. I lost a part to my new Luhr-Jensen reel and called Normark for assistance. The customer Service lady needs to give her head a shake. clearly she had a better things to do then talk to a customer!

Very disappointed by the service. My most expensive reel is a Rapala (classic drifter) and it's impossible to obtain any pieces...because yes this reel is always broken! They are not a repair center or a warehouse for parts but what's the most anoying is they are not even capable to refer you to this kind of place...What are we suppose to do then?? The employees are unpleasant and we have the feeling to disturb them in their job. No more Rapala for me, it's over.

Rapala not only makes outstanding quality lures, but they also have impeccable customer service. I have been using Rapala lures exclusively since 1996 for their balance of quality and affordability. They pretty much make a lure for any fishing application. The colours are realistic, the action is enticing, and the quality is second to none. My first customer service experience happened this week. I had a lure fail during a cast (first time ever) and messaged customer service. The representative responded that day and completely exceeded my expectations. I will never purchase another brand lure based on all of my experiences with the Rapala product and their top notch customer service. Purchase Rapala lures, you will not regret it.
