My first experience with a vet clinic and it was smooth and easy!Got a reminder call, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. They took their time to explain things over and over for us as first time dog owners! Carly the nurse and Dr Mark were amazing Couldn’t ask for more.

I went in today to make an appointment for my dog. However the staff at the front was on the phone so made me wait. Fair enough although she asked me to wait again while she finished up on her computer notes. She then has the audacity to ask me to wait so she can make another phone call. Not how you make a first time customer wait for business.

They were doing good job taking care of our cats. I remember my cat's eye was swollen and they managed to squeeze her in for an appointment on the same day! They are responsive via email, so if there was a concern about the cats, sometimes it was enough to email them and get an opinion. Also, they are one of the few clinics that offer laparoscopic spays (which is less invasive and less painful than a normal surgery) for cats.We are moving, so will be looking for another clinic - might be difficult job because Roncy raised a bar quite high.

Good first impression. I had been trying to book an appointment at another location for weeks. Found this place on Google, called in and was able to get an appointment the same week. My cat had scabs and rashes all over her body. Wasn’t sure what it was at first but turned out to be fleas. She’s now on a treatment plan. Vet and nurse were easy to talk to and answered my questions. I wasn’t up sold on anything which is a good sign. I’ll likely bring her back in the future.

Every Staff (from phone call, to email, to in-person) has been amazing! I have always felt comfortable bringing my cat in as I knew she would be treated with care, understanding and gentleness. The Vets and Vet Techs are helpful and informative, and are always eager to help figure things out. I would not hesitate to reccomend Roncy Village Vet Clinic to everyone and will continue to bring my cat here.

Roncy Village Veterinary Clinic
We had our dog laparoscopically spayed here recently. We were blown away with the level of professionalism and care that we received from the clinic, right from the first contact. They made the process seamless, and our Luna is recovering well at home. Her incisions are so small, and we are so thankful that she was able to have a minimally invasive surgery to keep her comfortable. This picture is the night we brought her home. She is drowsy but still comfortable.

Do not hesitate to take your pet to this clinic. They are the best clinic I have ever been to. I have had dogs my entire life and I have finally found “ the one”. The treatment of my 14 year old Yorkie’s dental problems was second to none. This is a professional, well managed office with the nicest, caring staff.

A really exceptional clinic. We have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff here. The clinic is really organized and great at communicating with pet owners. They always take the time to explain what they can offer to make sure our dog has the best possible care, but are never pushy about anything. They're also very clear and patient about explaining before and after care instructions for anything they do. The vets are always happy to answer any questions we have as well.We're so happy to have our dog as a patient here and would recommend them to anyone in the neighbourhood (or beyond) looking for a great, caring vet.
