TLC Dog Grooming

I have lived on the west mountain all my life and for years I would pass by TLC Dog Grooming all the time. So I decided to get my 1 year old Yorkie professionally groomed there. She had a lot of tangles in her hair that I couldn’t comb out. When I picked her up she looked like a totally new pretty puppy! Her hair was so smooth and she smells so sweet. I also got my 1 year old Chihuahua’s nails cut and that only took less than 5 minutes (my parents would try for an hour to trim her nails). Jess was so nice and professional and did an amazing job on my girls. I highly recommend TLC Dog Grooming to anyone that wants their puppies pampered and their doggies done up.

came in a week ago, asked for a quick shave and they managed to behavior correct my dog and now its able to stand on 2 legs and long conversation with me.

We needed to get our 5 year old male Yorkie in for a full groom, and after reading the many reviews detailing the very positive experiences people have had at TLC Dog Grooming, we decided to book him in. The dialogue back and forth via email was quick, competent, and attentive to our needs. When arriving for our appointment, we were warmly greeted at the door, and our little fellow was immediately put at ease. In fact, he fairly pranced as he was led into the facility. An hour or so later, we picked up our little fellow, looking very handsome and ready to take on the world. We would definitely recommend TLC Grooming to others. Terrie and her staff are very professional, competent, and most importantly, care deeply about your dog. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you again!

My dog likes to go here when he needs his hair cut. He says they are very kind to him while he is there. He really likes the bandana they give him, it makes him feel fancy. He also says they always tell him he is a good boy at the end. This leaves him feeling handsome and confident.Thanks TLC Dog Grooming. My miniature poodle rescue is old, 15, and losing his sight and hearing. He had already lost his teeth and is very sensitive about mouth. Sometimes this makes him more anxious than he previously would have been in the same situation. I'm very cautious of who I will trust around him because of the added level of care he needs.I never have even the slightest concern leaving dropping my Poodz of with Terrie or Jessie.On behalf of Banjo, thank you Terrie, Jessie. You are the best.

Had our first cut with The TLC team today and I can’t say enough about just how great it was - we have a nervous dog and she sailed through without issue thanks to the skill and professionalism of this is team. They love our dog like she’s their own, and it shows! Don’t think twice about using Terrie’s team for grooming.

This was my 1st time bringing my 2 dogs there. I've had the same Groomer for 14 years, but we moved to Hamilton and it was getting to be too much driving 40 minutes to and from their groomer. I was very nervous about switching as my dogs loved their groomer and were always happy to go and get groomed. TLC did an excellent job. They understood my apprehension and were very friendly. I am so happy with their work. My dogs were very happy and seemed to have had a great experience with them. Also, they did not crate my dogs which was very important to me. They were never crated at their other groomer either which I think makes their visit a much more enjoyable experience.

We have been using TLC Grooming for both of our American Cocker Spaniel rescues. We couldn't be more pleased with the high level of professionalism from Terrie and Jess. I recommend TLC to everyone and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else...they love and appreciate our Harley just like we do❤️

This was my first time getting my 9 month old longhaired dachshund groomed, and it was the BEST experience I could have asked for.Jess and Terrie answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. I didn't know what to request as a first time appointment for a puppy, but they guided me with suggestions.My pup Lennon looks amazing, fluffy and she is so happy. Her hairy Grinch paws have been tamed.

The experience itself was incredibly unpleasant, not because of the work but the lack of tact and professionalism. My shitzu was at most challenging, and although I can understand their frustration I thought the way she addressed the issue was extremely poor, and frankly hurtful. The owner blantly said my pup was awful and a terror and without giving me much of a chance to speak, she said she would never groom her again and that she doubt it very much that any other groomer would, which I thought it was odd because never had we had such a disrespectful comment or feedback from another groomer, we have taken her to Pet Smart in the past and at most their comment was she is challenging and would not allow her face to be done properly. Keeping in mind that yes my pup is a challenge, hence why I decided to go to a professional groomer"
