I bought a Leap chair from POI and was really happy with their service. Delivery of the chair was delayed due to COVID, but I was kept up to date by POI staff.One point of feedback would be with regards to instruction to delivery partners to leave the chair in a safe place. My chair was delivered by UPS and the person left the chair on my driveway in plain sight of everyone. He did not ring the bell to let us know that a delivery had been made, or place it somewhere where it wouldn’t be visible to everyone passing by. The box says Steelcase right on it, so anyone motivated enough could attempt to take the box. Hopefully that helps.

I had a great experience purchasing my Steelcase Leap chair from POI Kitchener. They provided me with timely responses and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
