I have been coming to this store since early 2018. I have gone through many phones over the years, been to many independent repair/sales stores for purchases. None of them have provided me such exceptional personalized customer service like Canada Cellular.Experiences may vary, depending on who is working at the store during the time of arrival. For anyone who reads the 1star review below, keep in mind that the store is only operating by appointment only due to the pandemic. Just call the number listed here on google, and they will work with you.I have only been buying new, or refurbished phones, every phone purchased comes with a free quality case. Cases that cost $30-$40 at best buy.I highly recommend the ClearPlex screen protectors for all phone purchases, your screen will never break, mine has lasted well over a year of construction site abuse.Support Local Businesses, not the big box stores, come here.

There was a mixup with my original order and I received the wrong phone. I reached out to them and the next day I received instructions on how to proceed. Within 2 weeks (shipping back and forth) I received my new phone and am very happy with it.Three cheers to Shak and his team at Two Brothers Solutions for excellent customer service and quick response time.

Very fast service! They didn't have the case I ordered in stock at that moment so they sent me a list of alternatives, and ended up sending me 2 of my favourites which was very generous of them as I only ordered 1 case. They also sent me a brand new unit instead of open box which was above and beyond. They then sent my order within a day. Great business, will order again.

I ordered a refurbished 8 inch tablet on April 19, 2023. Then on April 20th, I received a phone call from a very caring & friendly person named, Shak. He offered me a brand new 8 inch tablet for NO extra charge. What a gracious person! Oh yes & I LOVE the tablet, it arrived this afternoon! Thank you, thank you, thank you Shak!!!

Took some effort to help me find a couple uncommon phones, sell them at a fair price, deliver them promptly, and in good condition.I recommend them to anyone.

I have been purchasing phones and computers from Two Brothers since 2016, and I have never been disappointed. I have purchased 2 phones for myself, and 1 each for my mom, dad, wife, and mother-in-law. All phones have been great quality and have lasted for a long time.The best part of working with Two Brothers, however, is their genuine care, expertise, and generosity. I always know much more about what I'm buying after I leave, because they take the time to explain to me the pros and cons of different options.Thanks for all the help over the years!David

My purchase of an Otterbox S8+ from Two Brothers, through Marketplace, was a little less than stellar, and it reflected in my review. But as soon as Shak learned of my issue, he reached out and offered a couple of solutions to resolve my issue.He completely changed my opinion, and provided some of the best customer service I've seen in years.

I'm really impressed with my customer service experience. I bought a phone from Walmart for my husband for Christmas, but it was sold third party through Two Brothers Solutions. When the package got delayed and didn't show up in time, Two Brothers Solutions upgraded my phone order and shipped a new phone out express overnight delivery (free of charge to me!) so that it arrived in time for Christmas! Thanks so much for the great service!

Complete garbage bag company. Took my $500, didn't send my phone, tracking isn't working, asked to see where my phone was, told me some stupid thing about sending defective phone back to them. I never received the phone in the first place. Wont answer their phone, wont respond to emails. Basically ripped me off for $500. Getting Walmart involved as I had no idea I was actually buying from these clowns. ABSOLUTE TRASH BAG COMPANY. Go out of business because you deserve to.

The first blackberry phone I ordered wasn't working properly . I proceeded to give a bad rating instead of reaching out. A gentleman named Shak called me and asked if he could help me. I explained to him that I can't be without a phone, so sending it back and waiting for a new phone wouldn't work for me. Yesterday the new phone came and works very well, he actually upgraded my phone to the newer version. These guys actually do care about their service and products, I will buy from them again!
