V&P installed our furnace and air conditioner about 14 years ago when we renovated our house. They were great to work with during this project, taking into account our concerns about aesthetics and the impact of the ductwork on the ceiling height when laying things out.Recently, our furnace stopped working, and we turned to V&P. I called early in the morning (at 8 AM), talked to a very nice lady, Syd (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong), and a couple of hours later Reza was at our house to diagnose the issue. The replacement part was ordered and installed the next business day. Reza was very pleasant to deal with, and very professional. He was our hero, bringing heat back into our lives in the winter! The entire process was very smooth and stress free thanks to V&P's responsiveness and excellent service.

When it comes time to replace a furnace or ac unit there are several things I look for: 1. A competitive price; 2. Someone who knows what type of system will work best and not try to sell me the most expensive system; 3. Someone who is willing to take the time to answer all my questions and provide me with good advice; and 4. Installers who are neat, respectful and know what they're doing. V&P gets 5 stars in each of these categories. V&P installed our heating and air conditioning systems when our home was built 16 years ago. We trusted them to service our units over the years. And we trusted them to replace our two furnaces and two ac units this fall. It wasn't a straightforward job because one of our furnaces is in our attic and some exhaust pipes that were running from both furnaces inside our walls needed to be replaced. But V&P did a great job. I really couldn't have asked for anything more and would recommend V&P without hesitation.

V&P supplied, installed and have since maintained our entire HVAC system. We were building a new home and their team was an important member in of our building team. They provided professional, valuable and innovative recommendations and followed up with regular maintenance. We usually have George come by twice a year for maintenance and he has been great. We are very happy with this partnership.

Hamid and George were amazing!! I thought I had a duct issue based on a whining noise I was hearing but it turned out to be a faulty valve in my water pipe. They patiently stayed and figured out the problem for me even though it was unrelated to the ducts!! They are clearly very knowledgeable on a lot of fronts. Wonderful service and was very grateful to them both!!
