Came in as my mom shopped and just wanted to give some good feedback about the service she received. My mom came in to find something red to wear and Nadiya was super helpful and had a great eye for what dresses would suit my mom. She provided a great shopping experience and would recommend visiting the store for event attire!

I took a chance and ordered a beautiful pant suit and jacket on line as I am not close to Etobicoke. Very pleased with the suit. Fits perfectly and the salesgirl on the phone was very nice and accommodating. Came by Purolator in 2 days. Thank- you Laura Shoppe for such prompt service.Avis

Laura is an amazing clothing store! I buy 99% of all my dresses here. They have a wide range of sizes here, from petite, to plus sizes, as well as dresses for multiple occasions, everyday dresses, to prom, to weddings.There are other clothes here as well, pants, shirts, sweaters, and accessories.The staff is super friendly and so helpful.I highly recommend!

For some reason it’s really hard to find some types of clothes that will actually fit if you aren’t built like a 6ft coltish supermodel. Yet I’ve never had trouble here. Additionally, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Over the weekend I visited Laura Sherway for a new spring outfit. The store displays, fashions and accessories were very nicely done. I was delighted to be served by Rena. Her professional attitude and fashion savvy was exceptional. She excelled at providing me with ample ideas for my fashion taste and accessories to compliment my choice. Rena made my experience a very personal one . She exemplifies the meaning of customer service" and in my opinion is an strong asset to your firm. I left the store elated with a new outfit and accessories. "Kudos" to Rena for a job well done!"

The spanish-speaking sales woman is very nice The other one was not that nice she made me feel like I don't belong shopping there I normally visit there during the weekday on a Wednesday over the Christmas there was another manager who was very nice with along with the team members on this day that I visit the two were there one was very nice the other one not nice being in the retail industry and being in the paper business I always look for great service and hospitality and I know what it looks like and feel like.

They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE here. Rhina helped me pick out a couple of dresses, and gave me the best advice. Tara was also very kind to put a dress on hold for me, for the next day (since it was already evening), knowing that I had just come from there. And the store manager, Reena went out of her way to make sure I was very happy with my purchases. Everyone is so friendly. It’s a real pleasure to shop here.

I had an issue with my dress that I bought from the Laura Online site where I received the incorrect size. When I went to try and exchange the dress my size was sold out with no replenishment inventory and I couldn't find a store that had the dress size. I was so sad as I absolutely LOVED the dress. Weeks later, I happened to visit the Sherway location and told the associates my situation. Right away the manager made an effort to diligently search the system for my size. After numerous calls and much time spent searching they finally found the dress in my exact size, probably rhe last one, and immediately had it transferred for me to pick up. I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I was given! A big thank you to the best associate experience I've ever had! Thank you to Danielle, Manasi and Karin. Truly a great experience!

Amazing customer service at this location. I was there for a price adjustment for a recent purchase. I made my purchase a few days over 2 weeks and the item went on sale. The store manager Reena and the cashier were extremely helpful and made sure I leave happy from the store. I will be going to this store more often and will recommend to my friends too.

Rhina provided us with excellent customer service. She was very nice and helpful with all my needs.
