Metro not only has pharmacy but also amazing selection of sushi and good grocery prices! I wish there was another metro closer to me! It’s a very welcoming and clean store.

My daughter got her wedding florals from the Metro at Upper Middle and 8th Line. Catherine from the Floral Department was wonderful. She understood that we were on a tight budget and she created beautiful bouquets for less than I was quoted at other floral shops. Her work is beautiful and professional. Not only that, but she was meticulous in her notes, she was punctual for our consultation appointments, and she came prepared with sample photos. She is obviously very experienced, and she was so gracious and lovely to work with.5/5 ratingI highly recommend Catherine at the Metro at Upper Middle Road and 8th Line in Oakville.I've attached a photo of the bride's bouquet ($180) and the bridesmaids' bouquets ($100 each).

Recently renovated, bright clean and spacious grocery store. Price is a bit more than other supermarket such as Walmart. Tim’s in inside with nice sitting area, busy during lunch hrs.

I called the pharmacy to ask if they have a certain medication. The lady who answered was so rude and obnoxious. She was insulting me on the phone while I was on speaker and the whole doctor office heard it. I called Walmart, superstore, shoppers and other independent pharmacies and everyone was sooo nice to me yet this lady who works in metro pharmacy was ugh! I would have given her a piece of my mind but I can’t stoop to her level.

Decent store, but I keep noticing expired things on the shelves that have been expired for 1+ month.Most noticably is yogurt. For about 6 months now the store has been leaving out Riviera yogurt until people buy it, regardless how expired it is. I usually check, but one time I read it wrong (the expiry date was 6+ weeks in the past so I thought it was recent lol, didn't even register how old it was) and the yogurt was super questionable after I opened it.Pretty normal for expired stuff to get missed, but not usually in the dairy section with such consistency.

Average size grocery store with all the essentials. Produce is a generous size here and deli is good. For everything else I prefer the Superstore.

To be honest, I have to admit that I really don't like going to Metro but to my surprise I was very impressed with the amount of fresh produce.Tons of amazing selection of fruits and vegetables, hot meals, freshly made and baked pizza, breads, meat and so many other things to make your shopping experience helpful and with your set budget.

Has to go twice to get refund on overcharged items . Otherwise nice store with good selections and very clean. Big thanks to front line supervisor Mark who solved my refund problem within second. Taking two stars down because of two cashiers that messed up and two trips to store were needed on my busy schedule.

Apr 25th 2023, Tuesday around 1:30PM.The lady (about 160cm, South Asian) at bakery/cake counter had very bad service attitude with a poker face. Probably she doesn’t like this job at all.
