Clean friendly staff and normally can find anything you want.

Only second time I've been in here and they seemed to have less candy and stuff then the first time I came. I love the organization of products and will def come back for Halloween costumes this year! I dodnt end up getting candy tho which was abit dossappinting

I wanted to take the time to recognize Matt and his staff at the Thunder Bay location for the exemplary customer service! Matt surely went above and beyond to help make my 3 year old's birthday one he will remember. This birthday was extra special since it's his first real celebration. I was on a mission to get him some Thomas and Friends decorations and Matt made it happen. It's pretty rare you find staff who is willing to escalate an issue (technology issue at no fault of the location!). And even more rare you find the store owner willing to help out in every way possible. Thank you to Matt and the whole team!

Fun store, with lots of selection for just about every time of party/gathering you can think of.

One worker named Jamie helped me so much! She helped me find the perfect decorations and balloons for my friends retirement party. 10/10 would go back when I need more supplies, thanks Jamie!

You shouldn't probably go there with a kid in tow. So much for them, they'll want everything!they were really accommodating in making up a custom arrangement of balloons for our son

Wow, walk in this store and get everything you could possibly need to put on just about any kind of party you to.No it's not a place to have a party but if you got the venue they got the supplies to do it. Reasonable prices on really cool looking large helium balloons with so many themes. Omg the variety of candy, napkin and table accessories in so many colours. Cards, invites, favors.......My only complaint about the store is they only had one checkout person and there was a constant line of about 5-7 people. The wait was long but she was very apologetic, friendly and helpful. It's a one stop party shop!!!! I would have given 5 stars if the wait wasn't longer than Canadian Tire, lol.I read some of the reviews as I usually do before I go to a 'new to me' place and laughed at You can't have parties here!!" I totally recommend this store of party supplies to everyone."

Surprising the amounts of decor available here in addition to all of the party favours and costumes. You can collect Canadian Tire money at Party City now too!

Customer service was horrible, today the tall brunette working was very sarcastic and unhelpful and we had to repeat our order numerous times, including at the till. I would give a name but her name tag was covered by a scarf. We have lots of weddings coming up and definitely won't be coming here for decorations for showers etc if this is how the staff treats their customers.
