The service and quality of repairs was superb. Luis and Julie are very approachable and helpful. I liked that they spent time explaining the repair process in a relaxed and low key environment. I also like that Luis took the time to look after one of his shop's service drivers for Christmas, it's a nice touch in a world that's become all to fast paced and impersonal. If you like small town service and reasonable prices this is the repair shop for you!

They did an amazing job at fixing my car I would never guess that the dent was ever there ! They were personable introduced himself and told me a bit about how he started. Not only was the price great but it was how he treated me walking in there. I went to 2 places before that and couldn't believe how they spoke to me. My dad taught me to never be walked on in a garage so I usually have a good idea on what I need. Would 100% recommend this place and go back again for future issues!!

Top notch! I'm extremely pleased with the work performed on my vehicle and service provided at Franklin Auto Body. Luis provided my estimate on a Saturday, when most body shops are closed (except Franklin Auto Body). He is very friendly, helpful and flexible. Julie in the office is nice, knowledgeable and empathetic. She handled the interactions with my insurance company and provided solid advice & tips throughout the process; including dealing with the car rental company. They looked after me and reduced the stress of dealing with a car repair after an accident.

I would rate my experience with them negative if I can for the poor communication with clients and for not explaining the fees associated with services !! . I towed my car there to get an estimate for the cost of repairing after a collision and was told that they will call me when they get time to check my car, I did not get a reply back from them for 8 days, I had to call and visit to get the owner look and estimate the repairing cost (which took around 15 minutes only in my presence),then they surprised me with a storage fee that was never mentioned before even though they kept the car to get it checked for the estimate.

Great place! Took care of my car amazingly! I asked to keep it inside the shop and not to be put outside and they did exactly that, priced extremely well and there very honest! Need cosmetic work done? Come here! My car looks better then when i first bought it!

I had my '03 Mustang painted in Oct 2021. While the overall job was good, for the price, I noticed a rust bubble and a few dust specks in the paint when I got it out of storage this week. They are not willing to fix it. I was going to bring my '67 Chevelle to be painted but I guess I'll find another shop, that stands behind its work.

Luis repaired the back bumper that I had scratched quite badly. The car looked like new when he was finished. It was professionally done in the estimated time and his quote was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company

Communicative, friendly and accommodating staff. The work took a bit longer than we hoped but was worth the wait. Repaired a fender and door from an accident. Great work and kept it budget friendly. They went above and beyond; fixed some old rust spots and got the car washed. We’ll go back here if we need more work for sure!
