I went for my very first eyelash lift and tint - and wow, what a result. The product used (Yumi) isn't cheap but I think it will be well-worth it when my eyelashes are still 'popping' in 10 weeks' time.My appointment was with the very capable Myriam, who walked me through how long each stage of the process would take, and anything to make me comfortable, just ask. Next time I'll request that blanket as it does get a bit drafty when you're lying there very still for about an hour. My personal experience was that my lash line did get a bit 'itchy' as the services were being performed but nothing worrying as I'm sure everyone's sensitivity level is different.Considering how much money is spent for the services, including tipping, it felt rather 'cheap' that I would be sent a 10% off voucher which is only good for 14 days. If I needed other services, I would have booked them at the time of my initial appointment, and thus this voucher will go unused. Either Fresha or Prep should provide such discounts for longer periods of time so potential customers can have longer to assess their services and use the voucher for their next visit.

The moment u step in , u will realize why its highest rated. The interiors are superb and the staff is very pleasant. The whole place is done in white paint with golden combination. Nice chandelier, cozy couches , comfortable lounge chairs for nail parlour and comfy beds for eye lash extensions.Services are great too. They took their time to put on classic lashes for me. Though i already have long lashes so she suggested i try eyelash curl instead of extensions. I think i will try it next time as i would love to see the magic of my original lashes.Parking on the road is cheap or at least it was during a working day $1/hrVery visible and accessible by walk too

I've been going to Heidi for my nails for almost a year now. My nails are always beautifully done, I've had chrome, nail art and regular gel done. Heidi is super sweet and always helpful with making decisions.

Heidi is skilled. She fixed my damaged nails without any pain or discomfort . I love her nail art skills. She evaluates the designs I like on Pinterest and helps me with choosing colors. The quality is amazing . I don’t have to worry about chipping and damage for weeks!
