Very sad. Not knowledgeable at all. Came in to buy a replacement rear windshield wiper for my apparently not so common 2018 Chev Equinox. No parts, and they tried to sell me a 13 wiper instead of the original 12". News!! It doesn't fit!! Sales person said it is what is stated on the computer. I bought it on Amazon instead. Should've done that in the first place instead of wasting my time. Cheaper too!!"

PartSource your reputation precedes you in a negative customer service experience I know on a parts retail business. Trying to find the engine oil that is on sale but they make me feel like I am stupid, empathy is not in their vocabulary. And the winner is Costco and Canadian Tire, better brand and bigger capacity, cheaper too.

Called looking for a new car battery urgently, Andrew answered the phone and I asked the CCA rating of one of the batteries they held because it wasn't displayed on the website. He asked if I meant the cranking amps (CA), and I said no, the cold cranking amp rating (CCA). He then proceeded to give me the CA rating only, and so I drove over to partsource only to find out he gave me the wrong rating, and he said/did nothing to correct his mistake and wasting my time. How do you work at an Autoparts store and not know that there's 2 amp ratings on car batteries? Unbelievable.

Went to this location to get a new set of wiper blades after a winter ice storm did damage to my current ones. Told them the year and model of my car and they were able to give me the product that I needed, but when I got them home there were several adapters that could be used with them and an instruction paper that seemed to have been photocopied too many times to see which adapter I actually needed. So, I went back to the store, and told them of my problem. Then, not only did they show me which adapter that I needed for my vehicle, but they also installed the wiper blades at no extra charge. Fantastic!!!! The wiper blades work great and I'm glad that I went to this location to purchase them.

Parts-source is associate and related to Canadian Tire. Parts, service, and prices are same way. Sometime, and certain week, special offers or clearances do occur and great to keep an eyes on it. Be care ful when you shop and always request question on items and store policy. Prices can fluctuate and parts can be wrong if sell it to client. I brought part here and, don't fix well. Good idea to bring old part and compare it to see if work. Indeed!

The first staff member that helped me purchase a replacement car battery only offered the most expensive option without informing me of the other options that cost a hundred dollars less until I specifically inquired. Additionally, they flat out denied a battery health check when it is literally advertised as a free service on a giant poster at the other side of the store. When I returned with my dead battery to get my deposit back, they didn't return the HST amount even though they charged HST on the deposit when I purchased the battery. A mistake or not, the lack of professionalism is clear. Stay away from this store, as I won't be coming back.

Joshua was a great help when I went to the store. After being sent in by my grandmother to get blinker fluid, Joshua was able to tell me the joke, and we had a good laugh. Darn you grandma!
