Call Uber... This outfit is definitely not a taxi company!

Only leaving one star because I have to. Incredibly rude, belligerent driver harrasing me in a parking lot….do not recommend this company at all, especially if you are female, person who answered the phone when I called in to complain is the same person who answers phone, he is a misogynist. Stay away ladies!

I didn’t use this business but the speed limit on deerridge drive is 40kph. Not 60kph. Slow down my kids were playing outside already.

I was happy with this company as I was able to hire them to take my loved on to appointments and back. Everything was great until today, when a miscommunication occurred about the prepayment that I had previously arranged, and my loved one was kicked out of the cab and sent back home. Now late for the appointment, I had to call the cab company back to explain everything, call the place and beg them to still allow my loved one to attend his checkup, now late and affecting the whole order of the day at that place. Yes it all worked out in the end but when I spoke to Douglas about it afterwards, he admitted to me that his communication was lacking but that charging my loved one $25 (including tip) for a 2.2km drive there and 2.2km drive back was completely reasonable, even given the disruption it caused everyone. And if I don't like it then I need to call a different cab company. Ok great. I said we all make mistakes but it's the way we handle ourselves when we make them that matters.
