Ricky's All Day Grill - St. Albert
Restaurant interior and decor hasn't changed too much since it opened. Needs a nice overhaul, seating, tables, carpet and decor. Menu has good choices but depending upon the time of day a bit limiting. Could use a revamp. Also the menu cards have seen better days.

Food was OK. Nothing special. I would choose other places over this. I was expecting better food but it was my first experience at Ricky's. On par with Dennys.

Disappointed in the food, my plate arrived with 1 waffle cut up on a big empty looking plate. It tasted good at least. Bathroom floor was sticky.

Very impressed of the breakfast options available. Had the breakie bowl. Boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. Decent portions and delcious. Super friendly staff! Would go again to try their other breakfast items.

The dinning room was filthy and the bathrooms were equally as bad. I watched the hostess wipe a table and still leave behind food particles and paper from sugar packets. Window sills were dusty and also had food particles on them. Our table had to be re wiped and the used cutlery had to be taken away. Our waitress rarely checked in us but did come when asked.. the food was good… the place is just not clean, staff is friendly just under trained in cleaning. Would I eat her again, probably not

I take the GreatNieces to Ricky’s at their request - they enjoy the children’s menu, the Sundae Service(!), and the atmosphere. We had a lovely server who was pleasant and friendly. Reasonable food at reasonable prices, friendly service and accessible.
